Jessica Simpson Wants to Get Back Daisy Duke Body!
Jump starting her new diet and fulfilling her $4 million role as Weight Watcher’s new spokesperson, new mom Jessica Simpson is snapped leaving a gym in Los Angeles yesterday. Wearing an all black gym outfit that consisted of leggings, a tracksuit top and trainers, she seemed eager to get into her waiting car and head home to her child. Meh.. Usually I would feel sorry for celebrities who are photographed this way but honestly, how many tens of millions of dollars is this girl worth? I think she could afford a home gym and a personal trainer for home visits – no? She is obviously being told to get out and about for her ‘before’ shots!
Jessica is desperate to regain her Daisy Duke shape, not only to “fit into jeans” but also for her upcoming wedding with fiancé Eric Johnson. She wants to feel “really great in a wedding dress” I think!
Jessica spoke to People, in which she appeared in a photoshoot with daughter Maxwell and Eric, revealing she is eating protein-packed means and drinking home-mixed juices to help shed pounds.
Her dietary restrictions come after she was forced to deny on several occasions that she was having twins because of the size of her baby bump, which appeared to grow larger than average. However, she said in March doctors put her blooming figure down to the fact that she had excess amniotic fluid. She told chat show host Ellen DeGeneres:
I feel I have a bowling ball sitting on my hoo haa! Apparently I have a lot of amniotic fluid, so whenever my water breaks it will be like a fire hydrant!”
Now that it’s been 6 weeks since Jessica gave birth to baby Maxwell Drew Johnson, she apparently thinks that she’s safe to drop that weight I guess. But wait! I just do not understand how she is working out just a month after a section. No doctor would allow you to work out so soon after major abdominal surgery! Something doesn’t add up here!
