From Around The Web: Craig David is All About Killing It in Gym

Craig David used to sing about how he would romance a girl during a week and make tons of girls crazy, just like me. But nowadays Craig David seems to be more concerned with keeping his toned up physique and getting the best out of his body.The Seven Days singer posted messages on his Twitter page everyday of the year so far about his aspirations to kick start the new year in great shape.

Craig was seen training hard on a Miami beach yesterday and the positive results of his efforts were already obvious. Just in a pair of black Adidas shorts and some matching footwear, he sweated his through extremely hard workout. He worked on his shoulders and upper back by pulling some elasticated bands.

Craig’s personal trainer was also helpless to stop him as he sprinted across the sand whilst being held back with the same training aid. Craig, who relocated to Miami, has upped his training and general health and appears to have given up alcohol too. On January 1 he said onTwitter:

All about feeling fresh, healthy and alive in life!! Hangovers are so 2011! Lol #lovin’life.”

The results of healthy lifestyle have been helped by an equally healthy diet and the former garage star posted a picture of a typical meal that eats after a tough session. He said:

@VeeksP: @CraigDavid what is that?” Sea bass, spinach, broccoli & baked sweet potatoe. #cleanfoodperiod.”

The gym obsessed tweets kept on coming with David posting more and more affirmative statements. He said:

1st Day work out diary of 2012!”

All about killing it in the gym and recording a smash in the studio!!”

Good luck, Craig! I hope you’ll achive those results you desire about. Though… IMO, you look pretty okay, so do not get a bee in your bonnet about your physique!
