From Around the Web: Britney Won’t Marry Until Sam Lufti Issues Are Done

Britney Spears’ lawyers are suing her former manager, Sam Lufti, of wrongful conservation of Britney’s drug test results in 2007. But Sam, on his part, is accusing Brit and her family for rupture of contract. The catch is, those drug test results were ordered during Britney’s custody battle with Kevin Federline. And Lufti wants to use that evidence is his upcoming trial against Spears.

Lufti is suing Britney’s parents, Jamie and Lynne Spears, along with Britney herself. Lynne wrote Through The Storm, which discussed Lufti’s role in Britney’s life during her notorious meltdown in 2008. The problem is, if Lufti wants to use that drug test result as evidence, he has to file a bunch of paperwork and gets some signatures and what not.

RadarOnline reports that a source says Britney won’t tight the marriage knots with Jason Trawick the issue with Lufti is resolved. Britney became engaged to Jason Trawick, late last year. A source told RadarOnline.com:

Lawyers for Britney’s conservatorship have been successful in keeping her from being deposed in the Lutfi litigation, and the lawsuit involving her Elizabeth Arden fragrance. First of all, everyone involved wants Britney to get married once the conservatorship has been lifted.”
