From Around The Web: Harper Seven Beckham’s First Photos

The first photos of the newborn Harper Seven Beckham appeared on the web. But it wasn’t a sneaky invasion of paparazzi in private life of the famous couple. Absolutely not! Victoria and David released the photos they took by their own. Initially, the former “Posh Spice” posted the black and white photo of her husband gently holding their daughter. This pic was accompanied with an appropriate caption: “Daddy’s little girl!”. Later, Mr. Beckham gladdened his twelve million fans on Facebook with Victoria and Harper serenely sleeping. “I took this picture of my two girls sleeping,” he commented.

Last time we were tried to figure out where this “mysterious” name, Harper Seven, came from. So, the truth was revealed by David Beckham who explained his and Victoria’s choice on the video posted on his Facebook fan page.

One of the reasons is Harper is an old English name, which we love, and one of the other reasons – Victoria’s favorite book is To Kill a Mockingbird and the author was Harper Lee. It’s a very strong, passionate book so that’s where Harper came from.

O.k. That’s clear. So, why is “Seven”, then?

One of the main reasons why we wanted Seven was it symbolizes spiritual perception – 7 wonders of the world, 7 colors of the rainbow. And, in many cultures around the world, its regarded as a lucky number.

So, let’s wish this “magic” name will positively impact on its owner!
