Emma Watson is the highest grossing lead actress

Harry Potter leads Daniel Radcliffe and Emma Watson have entered the Guinness World Records book as the highest grossing lead actors of the decade, Telegraph.co.uk reported.

Furthermore, Emma, 19, topped the list with $753.7 million she grossed last year, while Daniel came second with still impressive $558 million. Emma went ahead thanks to The Tale of Despereaux, a cartoon movie in which she lent her voice to Princess.

According to the Guinness Book, first six Harry Potter movies have already made $5.4 billion worldwide. Well there are still two more to come!

As to the other new record breaking entries to the book, Nicole Kidman was named Hollywood’s most overpaid actress with a box office gross of only $1 for every $1 taken at the cinema.

Miley Cyrus is officially the highest paid child actor with $25 million she grossed last year, while The Dark Knight is still the highest grossing opening day in history.

Congrats to Emma and Daniel! Now they have enough money to hire good financial advisers.
