Diaz and Myers sign anti-Twitter contracts
Can you imagine Twitter without celebrities? I know it’s a grueling thing to do but it’s something you gotta do in order to get prepared for the Twitter-free future for most of stars.
According to Hollywood Reporter, Cameron Diaz and Mike Myers are the first celeb victims of anti-Twitter contract clauses. Their latest contracts with Disney include a clause forbidding confidentiality breaches by way of “interactive media such as Facebook, Twitter, or any other interactive social network or personal blog.”
Diaz and Myers are signed to star in another Shrek movie next year, so filmmakers are just taking preventive information leakage measures.
Diaz and Myers aren’t the only celebs to delete their accounts. Miley Cyrus, Lily Allen and Nine Inch Nails rocker Trent Reznor have also quit the mega popular network.

Individual should be able to come and go as they please but being forced into it. not smart.
Its really too bad corporate conglomerates have to resort to contracts and penalties such that thier talent have to disassociate with the world. Alienating thier stars = out of sight out of mind = Good Luck catching up with the world. Classic case of the brand disregarding the very product that made it a brand.
Twitter and Facebook and Google should “be nice” and flex a little muscle and blacklist “shrek” and “disney” from their streams until the film is out, just to bring them into the new decade of the 21st century.

Maybe Facebook and Twitter and Google should “blacklist” Shrek and Disney from thier streams.
Let invididuals do as they wish… but impose contracts and penalties on the talents that make the product that built the brand… not smart and definitely not in touch with the times.
