43 year-old supermodel Cindy Crawford still got something to show us and make all 20-something girls envious. She’s still drop-dead gorgeous and seems to have hardly aged since her heyday.

Cindy took part in the sultry and bold photoshoot for Allure April 2009, annual anti-aging edition.

The sexy photos feature mother-of-two in sexy bikinis or wearing nothing but shaving foam.

The photos kind of tell us, young and beautiful, what to do to preserve our looks for years to come.

So here are the simple tips to follow, according to the publication:

1. “White bread may be slang for innocuous, but not for your diet”
2. “The youngest looking smile: white, even teeth, and pin, healthy gums”
3. “Hair that’s strong, shiny and vibrant looks youthful, regardless of its color.”

Any special advice from Mrs. Crawford? She says her skin-care regimen includes a day cream with antioxidants, a sunscreen, a night cream, and an eye cream. Besides, she’s very carefully protecting the skin on her hands, neck, and chest:

My hands and my decollete. In LA, there are 65-year-old women walking around in Juicy sweatpants, and from the back, you’d think they were 20. But when you see their hands or their neck, you know,” she said.

And one more thing– don’t get crazy about cellulite! At least, Cindy Crawford doesn’t.

I do [have cellulite], and I never said I didn’t. I think I look pretty good for 43. But I don’t look the way I did when I was 23. … I’ve had two kids, and I’m 43, so leave me alone.”
