Want to kiss Oscar-winning beauty Charlize Theron? Get ready to pay some cash!

During the charity event in San Francisco on Thursday night, Charlize sold her 7 sec kiss to a female fan for massive $140,000.

The 20 seconds (!) long smooch helped Theron raise money for OneXOne charity event, which aims to bring soccer fields and clean water to the children of South Africa by 2010.

The identity of the happy winner hasn’t been made public yet, but hope you’ll like the photo exclusively presented by Celebrity Mania.

Other stars who arrived at the even to raise money for the good cause were Jeremy Piven, Josh Groban, Carlos Santana, Laila Ali, and David Arquette.

Jeremy Piven was the biggest money raiser of the night bringing $280,000 to the charity fund.
