50 Cent makes $8 million on Twitter in just two days!

Rapper 50 Cent has reportedly earned more than $8 million during the last weekend while promoting the marketing company H & H Imports on Twitter.

In his weekend tweets Fifty talked about the company that he owns shares in, describing it as the “right investment” and the way to “double your money.”

Having 3.8 million devoted followers, 50 Cent, real name Curtis Jackson, managed to increase his shares in the company to $8.7m just by tweeting about it.

Later, however, he posted the following message on his page:

I own HNHI stock. Thoughts on it are my opinion. Talk to financial adviser about it. HNHI is the right investment for me it may or may not be right for u! Do ur homework,” he said.

Despite his late confession, his Twitter promotion can now become the subject of investigation by the Securities and Exchange Commission, the source reports.

50 Cent is one of the celebrities who use their Twitter popularity to promote different brands and products. Back in 2010 the rumor said Kim Kardashian was making up to $15,000 a month on Twitter.
