Rihanna in ‘Battleship’ – First Look
As I told you a bit more than a month ago, Rihanna is making her big screen debut in the game-based Battleship.
Starring alongside Alexander Skarsgard (True Blood) and Taylor Kitsch (Friday Night Lights) Rihanna joins Peter Berg’s team for the movie that “will focuses on a massive Naval adventure across the seas, in the skies and over land as our planet fights for survival against a superior force.”
Battleship started filming on August 30, 2010 in Hawaii and here’re the first photos of Rihanna from the movie set.
Going military and kind of brutal for the movie, Ri is seen flaunting a set of fake tattoos on both of her arms. She looks great in camouflage and caps that make quite a drastic change from sexy outfits she usually wears on and off stage.
What do you think about Rihanna’s on-screen image?
Though Battleship is officially Ri’s big screen debut it’s not the first time she stars in a movie. Previously, she made a cameo in Bring It On : All or Nothing as herself. The movie was released straight to DVD so that movie doesn’t really count.
