‘Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows Part 2′ will have the biggest movie premiere ever
As announced by Warner Bros. Pictures, the final installment of the Harry Potter franchise, Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows Part 2, will have the greatest and biggest world premiere ever, picking London’s Trafalgar Square and Leicester Square as the premiere venues for July 7, 2011.
According to the studio, Harry Potter stars Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson, Rupert Grint and other cast members and filmmakers will walk the redcarpet in Trafalgar Square, big enough to provide space for global media, fans and special guests – competition winners; and then all head to Leicester Square’s cinemas to watch the film.
We are delighted that our plans for the finale of Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows will take place in such a spectacular venue,” Josh Berger, President and Managing Director of Warner Bros. Entertainment UK and Eire, said in the statement. “We pride ourselves on the creativity of our premieres and the space within Trafalgar Square will lend itself to being a magical experience for both guests and fans.”
The Trafalgar Square premiere makes it the biggest movie event in London history, and the biggest first night in Harry Potter history, too. A truly spectacular finale!
