Angelina Jolie at 2010 Comic-Con: “I did all my stunts in ‘Salt’”

One of the eagerly awaited guests at 2010 Comic-Con Angelina Jolie made her scheduled appearance to promote her new action flick Salt.

Angelina answered questions and posed for cameras wearing a cropped leather jacket and black pencil skirt that she paired with black peep toe pumps.

During the press conference Angelina talked about her new movie Salt saying it’s “a better action movie than the ones I’ve done.”

Also, Jolie’s co-star Live Schreiber wowed the actress for doing every stunt in the movie herself:

She wanted to do every stunt, and she did. No CGI in the movie, no stunt double, it’s all her,” he said.

On Salt as a perfect movie to make:

I love doing action, and I love doing dramatic films, and I’ve never really been able to combine them. Also there’s something a little off about her, and maybe there’s something a little off about me.

It was the first time I got to do something based in reality. This film is very much about your own personal line and I think it’s something we all have to come to terms with at some point in our life.”

On injuries on set of Salt:

I couldn’t hear everybody well, and I thought, ‘Oh God, I’ve done it. I have a concussion.’ But it turns out, I just still had my earplugs in, so I was fine,” Angelina Jolie said adding that she still got a scar above her eyebrows after hitting a desk while shooting one of the scenes.

On getting a chance to use different kinds of weapon on set:

I got to play with just about everything – including using a fire extinguisher in a way I’d never used it.”
