‘Justin Bieber: Never Say Never 3D’ is the highest-grossing concert movie ever
Justin Bieber’s debut 3D concert documentary Never Say Never has been named the highest-grossing cocert movie in the US box office, even beating Michael Jackson’s post-humous This Is It, that was released two years ago.
Justin’s movie was released on February 11th and has so far earned $72.2 million in tickets sales across the US (MJ’s This Is It earned $72.1 million). The global ticket sales have not been taken into account as the movie is still running in theatres across the world.
Do you think Justin Bieber’s NSN3D will be able to surpass Michale Jackson’s record success of $261 million in global sales?
Yesterday Biebz took to his Twitter to thank fans for their support and love:
Proud of Justin Bieber: Never Say Never 3D and grateful 2 the fans 4 making it the #1 grossing concert doc of ALL TIME!! MJ is still the greatest! HONORED. But regardless thank you thank you thank you to all those that did and are continuing to support NSN3D around the world. Much love. MJ is still and always will be the KING OF POP! and worldwide we got a long way to go. MJ the Greatest EVER.”
