Blake Lively goes from a New York fashionista to a more serious part in The Private Lives of Pippa Lee, a drama written and directed by Rebecca Miller and produced by .

Blake shows her serious actress side depicting the young protagonist Pippa Lee going through wild experience before eventually settling down with a man 30 years her senior and living a picture-perfect cozy life that comes to an end as her hubby finds a lover younger her age and she meets a man who’s ready to accept her as she is.

Blake’s Pippa leaves home to live with her aunt who introduces her to drugs, lesbian bandage sex on camera and wild parties.

The role is very different from Blake’s Serena Van Der Woodsen in The Gossip Girl, and Lively looks wonderful in the movie starring alongside such Hollywood names as Julianne Moore (Pippa’s dominatrix friend Kit), Robin Wright Penn (Pippa Lee), , Winona Ryder, Monica Bellucci, and Alan Arkin.

Kristen Stewart covers Dazed & Confused September 2009 issue

Kristen Stewart is you ultimate cover girl.

Twilight star covers Dazed & Confused September 2009 issue looking rock chic for the cover photoshoot and talking about her new projects in the interview for the publication.

Alas, no Robert Pattinson related rumors have been confirmed or denied.

The cover photoshoot was inspired by paintings of Patrick Nagel, the photographer David Sherry said.

I have never seen Twilight but I was researching lots of images of her,” he said. “I was reminded of a young Jodie Foster or Winona Ryder. I tried to portray a new way of seeing this blossoming teenage actress.

Gwyneth Paltrow and Winona Ryder are famous celebrity frenemies

Linguists must thank Tinseltown citizens for creating neologisms that later enter dictionaries and our everyday speech. The word of the day is “frenemy” – an enemy who behaves as a friend but who actually doesn’t mean well.

Gwyneth Paltrow’s blog entry inspired me to find more A-list frenemies in Hollywood.

But Gwyneth goes first, of course.

Back in the day, I had a “frenemy” who, as it turned out, was pretty hellbent on taking me down,” the Iron Man actress wrote on her website. “This person really did what they could to hurt me. I was deeply upset, I was angry, I was all of those things you feel when you find out that someone you thought you liked was venomous and dangerous.

I restrained myself from fighting back. I tried to take the high road. But one day I heard that something unfortunate and humiliating had happened to this person. And my reaction was deep relief and happiness.”

Gwyneth never named the frenemy. We still don’t know whom she meant but there are at last two suggestions.

Badgley Mischka celebrates 20th anniversary with Eva Longoria, Carrie Underwood, Brook Shields

Eva Longoria, Carrie Underwood, , Lauren Hutton and Anjelica Huston, five beautiful women representing five decades of Hollywood glamour took part in the Badgley Mischka ad campaign celebrating the brand’s 20th anniversary.

Happy birthday, Badgley Mischka!

The fancy photoshoot called Two Decades of Glamour was made by famous Vanity Fair photographer and will debut in April issues of fashion magazines such as Vogue, Elle, Harper’s Bazaar and InStyle.

The Badgley Mischka philosophy is not about an age, but being glamorous at any point in your life. We had Carrie Underwood, Eva Longoria, , Lauren Hutton and Anjelica Huston, this amazing assembly of women from five different decades and the common thread among all of them was glamour,” Mark Badgley and James Mischka stated.

Winona Ryder is cute and pretty

What I like about Winona Ryder is her messy affairs with all kind of stuff that can be either bought or borrowed. Once she was a kleptomaniac starlet and now she turns into an irresponsible redcarpet queen wannabe.

Winona Ryder lost Bulgari diamonds she borrowed for an award ceremony held by Marie Claire magazine in Madrid on November 23. The diamond bracelet and ring are reportedly worth $125,000.

Winona Ryder Bulgari jewelry missing case

Though it’s been almost a week since the jewelry was lost, it’s still not clear what actually happened. The story I like most is that Winona left the jewelry in her room before checking out of the hotel because she was in a hurry and “no one from Marie Claire was around to collect” the ring and the bracelet.

How irresponsible of Ryder!

It was surely the last time any jewelry company ever lent Winona anything.

Charlotte Ronson ’s Fall 2008 inspired collection is about mini dresses & knit cuff suede shoes. I love Ronson for her sense of elegance that flaws into careless look. It’s feminine and fun – pretend you don’t care too much for how you look and you will look like the Charlotte Ronson Fall 2008 girl.

That’s called relaxed glam, babe!

What I also loved about the collection is that whether you are 15, 20 or 30 – wear it and it will look natural and hip, which I can’t say about many designers who specialize in hip clothing.

Love – this is my one word description for Charlotte Ronson Fall 2008 collection. It is about understated elegance mixed with playful elements. Just like true love. I adore this electric blue skirt!

The future for Ronson promises to be exciting both creatively and professionally.

As she expands the Charlotte Ronson brand and her range as a fashion designer, Ronson continues to move forward as a key trend setter and innovator in the fashion industry. Her sense of personal style and knowledge of the market ensures her ongoing success as a designer. Read more on this designer HERE

Watch Charlotte speak on her collection by clicking below:

Known for her impeccable style and trendsetting designs, Ronson’s clothing and accessories have quickly become a favorite among such fashion forward celebrities, hipsters and socialites such as Gisele Bundchen, Kate Moss, Lindsay Lohan, Jessica Simpson, Nicole Richie, , , , Winona Ryder and Jennifer Love Hewitt.

This isn’t the full list of celebrities that love Charlotte’s clothes and who would think that one day this girl would be dressing up Hollywood’s A list?

Of course, Ronsons are a very artistic family. Born in London and raised in New York, she is the true style setter, while her brother Mark Ronson is a music producer and Grammy winning artist who worked with Amy Winehouse on ‘Valerie’. Charlotte’s sister Samantha Ronson is a well know DJ living in Los Angeles. She is controversial for her relationship with Lindsay Lohan.

  • Wings cut short, or sort of bdsm pleasure

  • You know I was just thinking about the things that make me vulnerable. Cause I personally hate this feeling, like being hanged in the air like being controlled from outside and unable to do my thing. Generally, who the hell was the first to come up with the idea of control? And the more important question, why do we need it? If I wanna do something I'll do it anyway and either way, and if I do it breaking some rules, escaping the CONTROL, then the feeling would just get better and the victory would just feel sweeter. So why do we need control and sort of submission it takes a long. What sort of bdsm pleasure is that supposed to give?

  • Stirring things up!

  • Did you ever provoke a fight with your guy? You love getting on his nerves because that makes him so obscure and funny – “cute” so we say. No, you’re not sadistic. Just the fact that after the make up, it feels so sweet to be the conqueror- to have the feeling of power! To feel the situation is under your control - to cause a fight and then to stop it. Isn’t it just so dramatically sweet to push the edges once in a while?

I love pushing his triggers. Some may think I’m an evil witch, but I’m simply making our relationship tempered, exciting, resolute, pert.

If you intentionally get into a fight with him – you are not sick in a head (and no, you’re not just a bitch). Scientists say that a healthy relationship is a relationship where there are arguments, and any argument needs a solution, right? That takes out our negative energy and brings us closer.

  • Breaking Rules

  • No matter how obvious it sounds most of the rules have been created long before us. By rules I mean systematized experience of previous generations, like handshakes and etiquette, and things like going for a social smoke. There is a rule that ladies go in first into any door except the elevator.

But rules are a need for the sense of stability around one. Society needs rules to forecast the effect of a cause, to have at least some confidence of the future. And this is what disappoints people. This is when they lose their confidence because things appear not the way they expected them to be. Those who were really dependent on expectations suffer from facing the world that is unpredictable, that the rules they believed in didn’t work at some turning point.

So they say that only fools learn through their own mistakes. Don’t you remember your mom telling you not to stick your tong out and put it against the metallic balcony railing when it’s freezing cold outside? Why did I skip my SPSS class with that macho from senior class? All of my friends were telling me he was a player and had nothing else in his head except for getting laid. Why do we learn things only after we go through them? This is what humans are like.

  • Sex Agenda

  • Inspired by “fuck” conversation last Saturday, which is a very delicate subject.

All of us, living in a fast growing temper of big cities are busy. We go to work, go to college full time, or have kids to take care of. There are plenty of things to do. When crazy week days are over we have yoga or tango classes, and shopping to do aside the chorus, french classes and getting a good sleep.

When is there time for sex?

The right answer would be - there is always time for sex. But the stress and busyness lead some couples to pencil their intimacy. It is logical, simple and hot to know that your schedule after works has a mark “Ryan 8 pm”. It is exciting to feel the anticipation, but on the other hand do we feel it is comfortable to set up our special moments with an important person for us on a basis of a scheduled task? It seems awkward to plan it, it is out of style, especially for femme-fatale like me, but even when sex is spontaneous, in every woman's head it is always planned. (wink!)
