Frances Bean Cobain was to play Bella Swan in Twilight

Courtney Love, widow of Curt Cobain and mother of 17 year old Frances Bean Cobain, says her teenage daughter was the one to play Bella Swan in the super popular Saga franchise but she turned down the offer because didn’t want to mess with all this Hollywood stuff.

Frances Cobain was offered both parts of Bella in and Alice in ’s Alice In Wonderland but rejected them because she “doesn’t want to be famous.”

Frances is so beautiful, but she doesn’t want to be famous. She wants to go to college – she’s very good at graphic novels,” Courtney Love said.

According to Love, Frances is afraid global superstardom could kill her just like it happened with her rocker dad Curt Cobain who committed suicide in 1994 shortly after she was born.

Well, I definitely see Frances as Bella but there’s now ay I can imagine her as Alice. You?

and Mia Wasokowsky should both say thank you to Frances!

Angelina Jolie is starring in 'Maleficent'

According to reports, is interested in playing the evil queen in the modern take on Sleeping Beauty .

Her rep hasn’t yet confirmed the reports but the rumor has it, Angie is likely to join the cast of Maleficent if the project is helmed by Tim Burton (Alice In Wonderland 3D).

The screenplay is being written by Linda Woolverton (Beauty and the Beast, The Lion King).

There’s a great chance Jolie signs up to star in the movie as there are no films lined up for her after The Tourist that she’s currently filming with in Venice, Italy.

Following in Depp’s footsteps, Jolie is now making movies for her kids and that she can watch with her kids.

Will you watch?

Tim Burton will direct 'The Addams Family' 3D

While his latest movie Alice In Wonderland still tops box office sales worldwide, is already up for a new 3D project.

Director, famous for his uber creative approach to movies, is going to make a 3D stop-motion animated film based on the original cartoon drawings of The Addams Family by Charles Addams.

According to Deadline.com, Burton’s intention is “to go back to the litany of Addams illustrations that displayed a sharper wit than could be place into a 60s family TV series.”

That sounds even more exciting than Corpse Bride!

The film already has found producers with the writer to be hired soon. Why not Tim pens the script himself?

Are you excited about ghoulish The Addams Family in 3D???

Alice In Wonderland 3D breaks the sping 2010 box office record with $116 million in ticket sales

One of the most anticipated movies of this spring, Alice in Wonderland 3D, starring , , Helena Bonham Carter and , has become the highest grossing movie of the season with impressive $116.1 million in box office revenue for its first weekend.

Movie experts say and the team should thank 3D fans who are absolutely 3D hungry after the mega popular Avatar. I’d also say the long running ad campaign has contributed to the overall success with the first exciting images of Depp & Co in fancy costumes for the movie appearing as many as eight months before the official premiere.

Momentum is clearly on the side of 3D. You have all the people who went to see Avatar and loved it, and this was the next 3D movie. There is a 3D halo effect right now, and this movie builds on that,” Greg Foster, president of IMAX Film Entertainment, said.

Still, making more than $116 million during the first weekend, Alice leaves in the dust the runnerup in the box office sales, Brooklyn’s Finest with as few as $13.4 million.

Former box office topper Shutter Island came third last weekend with $13.2m in the pocket.

Have you guys seen Alice in Wonderland 3D? Did you like it?

avril-lavigne-alice-video

This is the first video from the highly anticipated Alice In Wonderland OST featuring some hottest pop rock and punk rock bands. Avril Lavigne has presented her gothic and moody version of the movie in the video for ‘Alice (Undergrounds)’, the song that’ll be featured in the first and end titles of ’s movie.

Lavigne says she wanted her video to capture the spirit of the movie:

I had so much fun doing this video. We shot it in the Los Angeles Arboretum…it was beautiful,” Avril said. “I wanted to come up with something a little on the moodier side to fit his film. I think the piano adds a cool dramatic element to the song.”

Generally, the song sounds good with strong vocals and great music, as to the video I like Avril’s light blue contact lenses and her deep black gothic gown. Feels a lot like ’s influence, doesn’t it?

Check out the video below and don’t forget to tell me your thoughts about it!

alice-in-wonderland-banned-in-europe

Will British and Dutch moviegoers be able to enjoy Alice in Wonderland 3D this year?

If I were deprived on watching Alice in 3D I would be really really disappointed and angry (meaning even more bitchy than usual). Still, Holland and Britain are reported to be contemplating over banning the 3D extravagance from movie theatres cause of the plans to launch the movie on DVD three months after it hits cinemas. As a rule, DVD release is scheduled 17 weeks after the big screen premiere.

So the studio decision stops cinema bosses in Holland and now the UK from releasing the movie in theatres – they simply refuse to show it at all.

UK’s Odeon, Vue and Cineworld account for 60% of British big screens, and more than 90% of 3-D screens, the source revealed.

Do you think it’s fair?

So sorry for British fans of Tim Burton, Johnny Depp, , , and others who star in this super exciting new take on Lewis Carroll’s novel.

jamie-campbell-bower-caius-from-twilight-saga-new-moon

Jamie Campbell Bower who plays Caius from the Volturi in Twilight Saga: New Moon, says he’d be thrilled if Alice In Wonderland 3D and Sweeney Todd director were chosen to helm the fourth part of Twilight Saga, Breaking Dawn.

It’d be cool if Burton came and did Breaking Dawn,” Jamie, 20, said. “I think he’d just change it up [the whole concept of the movie]. I think he’d screw around with it quite a lot, and aesthetically, I think it’d be incredibly different. I don’t know if the fans would like it, but I’d sure like it.”

Bower is the first to mention for Breaking Dawn. Previous reports claimed New Moon director Chris Weitz could probably be the one to make the fourth part of the franchise. However, Summit Entertainment keeps mum and neither confirms, nor denies the reports.

Earlier it was also confirmed that Breaking Dawn would split it two movies.

TELL ME, would you be excited if directed Breaking Dawn?

Countdown to New Moon – 13 days to go!

  • Wings cut short, or sort of bdsm pleasure

  • You know I was just thinking about the things that make me vulnerable. Cause I personally hate this feeling, like being hanged in the air like being controlled from outside and unable to do my thing. Generally, who the hell was the first to come up with the idea of control? And the more important question, why do we need it? If I wanna do something I'll do it anyway and either way, and if I do it breaking some rules, escaping the CONTROL, then the feeling would just get better and the victory would just feel sweeter. So why do we need control and sort of submission it takes a long. What sort of bdsm pleasure is that supposed to give?

  • Stirring things up!

  • Did you ever provoke a fight with your guy? You love getting on his nerves because that makes him so obscure and funny – “cute” so we say. No, you’re not sadistic. Just the fact that after the make up, it feels so sweet to be the conqueror- to have the feeling of power! To feel the situation is under your control - to cause a fight and then to stop it. Isn’t it just so dramatically sweet to push the edges once in a while?

If you intentionally get into a fight with him – you are not sick in a head (and no, you’re not just a bitch). Scientists say that a healthy relationship is a relationship where there are arguments, and any argument needs a solution, right? That takes out our negative energy and brings us closer.

  • Breaking Rules

  • No matter how obvious it sounds most of the rules have been created long before us. By rules I mean systematized experience of previous generations, like handshakes and etiquette, and things like going for a social smoke. There is a rule that ladies go in first into any door except the elevator.

But rules are a need for the sense of stability around one. Society needs rules to forecast the effect of a cause, to have at least some confidence of the future. And this is what disappoints people. This is when they lose their confidence because things appear not the way they expected them to be. Those who were really dependent on expectations suffer from facing the world that is unpredictable, that the rules they believed in didn’t work at some turning point.

So they say that only fools learn through their own mistakes. Don’t you remember your mom telling you not to stick your tong out and put it against the metallic balcony railing when it’s freezing cold outside? Why did I skip my SPSS class with that macho from senior class? All of my friends were telling me he was a player and had nothing else in his head except for getting laid. Why do we learn things only after we go through them? This is what humans are like.

  • Sex Agenda

  • Inspired by “fuck” conversation last Saturday, which is a very delicate subject.

All of us, living in a fast growing temper of big cities are busy. We go to work, go to college full time, or have kids to take care of. There are plenty of things to do. When crazy week days are over we have yoga or tango classes, and shopping to do aside the chorus, french classes and getting a good sleep.

When is there time for sex?

The right answer would be - there is always time for sex. But the stress and busyness lead some couples to pencil their intimacy. It is logical, simple and hot to know that your schedule after works has a mark “Ryan 8 pm”. It is exciting to feel the anticipation, but on the other hand do we feel it is comfortable to set up our special moments with an important person for us on a basis of a scheduled task? It seems awkward to plan it, it is out of style, especially for femme-fatale like me, but even when sex is spontaneous, in every woman's head it is always planned. (wink!)
