While actress doesn’t mind being photographed and followed by paparazzi, she has filed a criminal complaint against paparazzi that got shots of her holding her 4-month-old daughter Nahla Ariela Aubry.
The actress alleges that the photographers trespassed on her private property and took the photos of her and her daughter in the backyard. Berry said in a statement to the Associated Press:

The paparazzi have gone too far. I have long since come to terms with the fact that choosing a career as an actress has made me a public figure, but my baby has made no such choice, and unless and until she does, I will do everything I can to keep her out of the public eye.”

Nahla is the first child for Berry and model Gabriel Aubry.

In Touch Weekly, Life and Style magazines purchased the photos from Fame and published them in their editions. Berry wants the pictures to be removed from the internet.

Halle Berry and her Canadian beau Gabriel Aubry are reportedly engaged.

Former Hairspray star and current Dancing with the Stars contestant Marissa Jaret Winokur is expecting her first child too. According to the star, a surrogate mother is 5 months along with her baby. Another celebrity to join stars is Mini Driver who’ll be expecting her first child in August this year. Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt are said to be expecting twins, a boy and a girl this summer. These will be their second and third biological children. Jolie and Pitt also have three adopted children Maddox, Zahara, and Pax-Thien. Their first biological child, daughter Shiloh, was born in May, 2006.

Sweet-voiced singer Gwen Stefani and her husband are expecting their second child early this summer to join their son Kingston who was born May, 2006. Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott are having a girl in early June. Dean and Tori’s first child, Liam Aaron, just turned 1. Britney Spears’ younger sister Jamie Lynn, 16, and is also pregnant with her first child by her boyfriend Casey Aldridge. Oops, they did it again!

Just think of what could a child turn out to look like if you take mesmerizing Halle Berry and French-Canadian model Gabriel Aubry. Born on March, 16 their daughter is a result of Versace commercial shooting two years ago in LA where the couple met for the first time. “Catwoman” says she and Aubry are not planning to get married but feel perfectly comfortable being committed to each other. How sweet! But I don’t understand why this hottie wouldn’t propose to Halle now? Perhaps, they are one of those couples that take marriage just as a social stigma. I respect such opinion, though weddings are so beautiful, especially when you think of a designer wedding dress you can get being Halle Berry.
