And it happened! Though I won’t be able to speak loud for a couple of days now because I lost my voice, it was a great victory and it was worth losing my voice. Spain did it! It defeated Germany 1-0 at , and won the cup for the first time within 44 years.

We must thank Fernando Torres for the game. It was he to score the only goal in 33rd minute and ensure the team wins the long-desired cup. In the 33rd minute Xavi eased a through-ball from Philipp Lahm, but the swift Torres first moved outside the left-back to score the ball into the far corner of the net. “Lahm was in a better position but for a moment he relaxed and I took advantage,” said the scorer.

Fernando Torres ended Spain’s four decades of failure and vowed: “Now I want to be the best player in the world.”

No offence, but the Spanish were the best at the tournament, really. Spain never permitted their opponents to assume the lead in any game. They won all six games in Austria and Switzerland.

Torres said later:

“My best moment of the tournament was to score the goal which won the final. I’m proud but I was doing my job. This has been a fantastic season for me. But I want to win more titles and be the most important player in Europe and the world. Like through the whole tournament we played a perfect game. The team that played the best football are champions. It’s good for football and for Spain.”

“Torres is a great player, he is great for Liverpool [the team Torres is playing for] and for us and he might get anywhere because he has extraordinary speed. We have composed a group, which plays well, touches the ball well and they are difficult to stop. This is a happy day for Spain.” said Aragones right after the victory.

The Spanish were better, even their opponents admit that. “Spain were excellent and had more chances than us. They deserve the victory,” said Germany coach Joachim Loew.

There were VIP quests to support their teams in Vienna. Spanish Prince Felipe, supported The Spanish, while German Chancellor Angela Merkel was cheering her country’s teem up.

Though Germany didn’t get their seventh Euro cup, they still have a chance to shine. World Cup will probably let revenge on Spain. We’ll see. But so far, Viva la España!

Andrei Archavin in semifinal

Semifinals are over. And now Spain will meet Germany in Sunday’s final in Austria. Spain beat Russia at the second semifinal yesterday scoring three goals to null. The final is gonna be tough and really nerve tickling as it will be Spain’s first encounter with Germany for the last 24 years.

Xavi Hernandez scores

So Russia is off the game but they deserve respect for being so wonderful against Holland. Under the guidance of Guus Hiddink they have managed to become one of the four strongest teams of the tournament this year.

Andrei Arshavin

Anyway, the final score was Russia 0 : Spain 3.

Spain beats Russia in semifinal

Spain beat Russia as comprehensively as they had done in Innsbruck 16 days ago. It wasn’t a very easy game, though I’m sure the Russian team are really disappointed with their performance as Andrei Arshavin failed to live up to his pre-match billing.

Spain vs Russia Euro 2008

As for Spain, this time it wasn’t David Villa and Fernando Torres to shine. Substitute Arsenal midfielder Cesc Fabregas replaced the injured Villa and came on to take control of the midfield and lead his side to victory, creating two of the three goals.

Fabregas tries to score

“We were coping with Villa and Torres but when the striker went off and they added another midfielder, it gave them more mobility and we started to struggle,” said Russian coach Guus Hiddink. “They used their possession game to tire us and then their quality to strike”, he added.

Guus Hiddink and Akinfeyev

After Barcelona midfielder Xavi Hernandez had opened the scoring in the 50th minute, substitute Daniel Guiza made it 2-0 in 73 minutes, before David Silva rounded off the evening with eight minutes remaining.

“Other players are performing just as well,” said Spanish coach Luis Aragones. “But together with the superb Andres Iniesta, Fabregas destroyed a Russian side who suddenly found themselves chasing the game after Xavi’s opening strike.”

It’s not that the Russian team was bad, it just wasn’t trying hard, as it seemed. Everything seemed to be doomed to fail. When Russia played Spain 16 days ago it was raining heavily, the same thing happened last night too.

Guiza scoring

It was a pity the team lost, really. Roman Pavlyuchenko again did well in attack and went closest to scoring for a Russian side whose first effort on target came in the 88th minute. He threatened twice, first with a curling effort that forced a fine save from Iker Casillas and then with a shot that drifted just wide.

Roman Pavlyuchenko in semifinal

Though the Spanish team was delighted with the victory there was some sad news for them too. David Villa injured himself taking a free-kick and he wouldn’t be able to face Germany Sunday, the coach confirmed. As some sources say, if only Aragones employs Fabregas from the start Spain will have the best possible chance to win.

Daniel Guiza scores

“Gary Lineker said you play Germany and the Germans always win,” said Aragones. “But we deserve to be champions.”

No comment necessary.

Last night’s game was more than nerve-tickling. In Basel, three time winner Germany elbowed their way to the final game. They will either play Russia or Spain after the thrilling semifinal victory 3:2 over Turkey

Ugur Boral from the Turkish team scored the first goal of the game after 22 minutes, and it was followed by an equalizer Bastian Schweinsteiger less than five minutes later. That Sweinsteiger is a very strong player though has ‘not-the-best’ looks. He is either too pale, or too blonde. Both.

Ten minutes before the end, the furious Miroslav Klose scored a goal for Germany, but just then, Semih Senturk scored back.

It was Philipp Lehm, who scored in the very last minute.

German systematic game won over the Turkish will. But Turks have played their best this and can go home with their chins up.

Now the question is who wins tonight’s game. Both Russians and Spanish guys have been playing pretty hot so far.

I say, Spain wins. But we’ll see.

Russia definitely chose victory to be their style.

As they played Netherlands they defeated them 3:1 in overtime. Footie sweetie Roman Pavlyuchenko leaded in the 56th minute, but Dutch captain Ruud va Nistelrooy equalized in the 87th minute and sent the game into extra time.

In the extra time Russians scored twice. It was Dima Torbinski and Andrei Arshavin who took Russia to the semi-finals. Ultimately thanks to Arshavin’s high-flying performance.

The underdog team has beaten a group winner. Just like Portugal and Croatia, Netherlands - the group winner lost to Russia. Moreover, Guus Hiddink is a former Dutch national coach and he admitted he knew all the techniques and that helped Russia win the game.

Right after the game Russian team received a phone call from their president Dmitryi Medvedev, who joked saying he would love to give Hiddink a Russian citizenship.

Cheers, Russia!

Watch the best moment of scoring into the Dutch net by clicking the video down below.

The next opponent for Russia is Spain. This is Russia’s chance to take revenge as they lost to Spain in the previous game 4:1

It is no secret Russian team wished to play Italy instead of Spain. Italians are the 2006 Worldcup Champions, and are surprisingly weak this year. Whereas, Spain, hasn’t lost a single game since the start of ! Last night Spain beat Italy 0:0, making 4:2 during the overtime so the result can be either way. The real challenge for Russia is next Thursday.

We’ll see.

Russia’s forward Arshavin, #10, is named the best player of UEFA, he made an outstanding performance in the game against Sweden last night winning 2:0

This means Russians have booked a game with the Dutch in the quarter-finals and, God only knows, how that game will turn out.

In the game with Spain, Russia hasn’t impressed me at all. But last night Roman Pavlyuchenko and Andrei Arshavin were both making their coach Guus Hiddink explode in blast.

By the way, I have also discovered a new footy cutie for myself. Yes, it is Roman Pavlyuchenko. The guy is cool. Arshavin is an excellent footballer but sorry, his face is too pinkish, even reddish I would say.

Watch the beautiful, perfect goal into the Swedish net made by Pavlyuchenko

Anyways, group winner Spain won Greece 2:1 last night and will now face Italy, the World Champions of 2006. The game will decide who gets to stay for semi-finals and who gets to go home.

The first game of the quarter-finals is tonight. Portugal will play Germany in a tough manner. Please, , score one goal for me! Well, the rest is up to you guys.

Beijo.

France has lost to Italy which is a double piss off after they got beaten by Italians in 2006 World Championship.

On Wednesday following the 2-0 Italians win over France . This takes the world champions into the last eight at .

Andrea Pirlo opened the scoring from the penalty spot early in the game after Eric Abidal was sent off for bringing down Luca Toni in the box.

Now they will play Spain and I don’t want them to. I have three favorite teams, Portugal, France and Spain, and they already kicked out France. It’s enough.

Italians are the most experienced team this Euro championship but the opponents are strong - Holland, Spain and Portugal. We’ll see.

Last night Netherlands beat Romania 2-0 thanks to goals from Klaas Jan Huntelaar and Robin van Persie.

The results mean Italy will go on to face Spain and Netherlands will take on either Russia or Sweden, who meet in Group D tonight.

Croatia beat Poland 1:0 and now will play Turkey. It will be a tough one for Croatia.

Germany is secure to play in quarter-finals against Portugal after beating co-host of Austria 1:0 in the final Group B game last night.

Germans are in the second spot in the group thanks to amazing 30-yard free kick from Michael Ballack. But he is too bold, saying:

We played against Portugal in the World Cup and from that point of view I’m looking forward to winning against them again.

I know several players from Portugal from Chelsea and other occasions, all of them are good individuals, they play well attacking and are great footballers. They also have Ronaldo, who has had a great season in England.

It will be a difficult game but both teams are capable of going far, they are probably favourites but that may favour our game.”

I am so-o-o cheering for Portugal. Plus, sexy people always win. Just look at and Michael Ballack. Oh, forgive me Cristiano, you are incomparable!

So why do we need control and sort of submission it takes a long. What sort of bdsm pleasure is that supposed to give?

If you intentionally get into a fight with him – you are not sick in a head (and no, you’re not just a bitch). • Breaking Rules

  • No matter how obvious it sounds most of the rules have been created long before us. By rules I mean systematized experience of previous generations, like handshakes and etiquette, and things like going for a social smoke. There is a rule that ladies go in first into any door except the elevator.

But rules are a need for the sense of stability around one. Society needs rules to forecast the effect of a cause, to have at least some confidence of the future. And this is what disappoints people. This is when they lose their confidence because things appear not the way they expected them to be. Those who were really dependent on expectations suffer from facing the world that is unpredictable, that the rules they believed in didn’t work at some turning point.

So they say that only fools learn through their own mistakes. Don’t you remember your mom telling you not to stick your tong out and put it against the metallic balcony railing when it’s freezing cold outside? Why did I skip my SPSS class with that macho from senior class? All of my friends were telling me he was a player and had nothing else in his head except for getting laid. Why do we learn things only after we go through them? This is what humans are like.

  • Sex Agenda

  • Inspired by “fuck” conversation last Saturday, which is a very delicate subject.

All of us, living in a fast growing temper of big cities are busy. We go to work, go to college full time, or have kids to take care of. There are plenty of things to do. When crazy week days are over we have yoga or tango classes, and shopping to do aside the chorus, french classes and getting a good sleep.

When is there time for sex?

The right answer would be - there is always time for sex. But the stress and busyness lead some couples to pencil their intimacy. It is logical, simple and hot to know that your schedule after works has a mark “Ryan 8 pm”. It is exciting to feel the anticipation, but on the other hand do we feel it is comfortable to set up our special moments with an important person for us on a basis of a scheduled task? It seems awkward to plan it, it is out of style, especially for femme-fatale like me, but even when sex is spontaneous, in every woman's head it is always planned. (wink!)
