The wait is finally over–meet Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie’s twins Knox Léon and Vivienne Marcheline.

As I have said before People magazine scored the exclusive pics of the new twins, while Hello! magazine got the international rights.

“It is chaos, but we are managing it and having a wonderful time,” Jolie told PEOPLE of daily life at the Château Miraval in Provence, France, where the couple’s four older children – Maddox, 6, Pax, 4, Zahara, 3, and Shiloh, 2 – have been enjoying a summer of outdoor play (hide-and-seek is a favorite) on the château’s sprawling grounds.

Brad and Angelina have signed a three year lease on Chateau Miraval, a pre Roman estate said to be worth $70 million. The palatial 35 bedroom mansion is located in Brignol, France.

Angelina goes on:

[Shiloh] and Z pick out [the twins'] clothes and help change and hold them. It’s sweet – they are little mommies.”

The twins are only 3 weeks old so they pretty much look like any other infant, only that they’re worth $14 million.

This money could be enough to feed a big third world country but the fact is that two-week old babes’ve earned it. Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt have sold the first pictures of their newborn twins to a magazine for a reported $15m. Amazing, isn’t it?! This incredible price makes Knox Leon and Vivienne Marcheline Jolie-Pitt’s pics the most expensive baby pictures ever.

Hello! outbid its main rival OK! for the rights to publish the pictures. A magazine insider said:

This is one of the publishing sensations of the decade – Brad and Angelina are the dream couple of the glossy magazine world and we expect to triple our circulation because of the public’s fascination and interest in the couple and their children.”

The American rights to the pictures will go to People, which also published the first images of the couple’s first biological child, daughter Shiloh in 2006.

The profits are reported to go to charity. Just like the time before.

According to recent reports, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have asked U2 star Bono to be the godfather of their newborn twins Knox Leon and Vivienne Marcheline, born July 12 in France. The couple want to see Bono as godfather for their children as they’re impressed by his humanitarian work.

Bono has allegedly accepted the offer.

“They have been friends for years. Brad is a massive U2 fan and told Bono how much he admired him when they were introduced at a party a few years back. Since then, they’ve become very close, which Brad is thrilled about,” a source told The Sunday Mirror.

So who will become the million babies’ godmother now? It is reported Jolie will ask ex-lover model Jenny Shimizu to perform this role. No comment.

Angelina and Brad have revealed that their newborn babies were born in-vitro. The perfect twins born earlier this month in Paris to the world’s perfect couple, were no accident.

According to US Weekly on Thursday, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie used in-vitro fertilization to conceive twins Vivienne and Knox. A source close to the couple told the magazine that

They both desperately wanted more babies soon”

That was the reason for 33 years old Angelina Jolie to choose the $12,000 procedure so “she wouldn’t have to deal with the stress of trying to get pregnant. She could just knock it out.”

By the way, in-vitro fertilization improves the chances of conceiving twins from one percent to 25 per cent.

Vivienne Marcheline and Knox Leon were born in France on July 12. They joined adopted siblings Maddox, 6, Pax, 4, Zahara, 3, and the couple’s biological daughter two-year-old Shiloh.

Also, there are reports in Daily Mirror that Angelina will be gaining major weight for a role in the forthcoming sequel to The Thomas Crown Affair. Newspaper writes:

Ideally they want Angelina to put on two stone (about 28 lbs) for the role. It is going to be very physically demanding, which is why they want her to carry the extra weight… They don’t want a reprise of what happened with Wanted, where she was fainting and they had to take her costumes in.”

Jolie will star alongside Pierce Brosnan in the 1999 remake. Brosnan will also produce the movie.

I can’t imagine Angie putting on weight. Even when pregnant she hardly put any aside from her belly. We’ll see.

It’s official and it’s splendid news! Angelina Jolie has given birth to twins – a boy and a girl, Saturday night, the French newspaper Nice-Matin first reported. Knox Leon and Vivienne Marcheline [named after Jolie’s deceased mother] were born via C-section at the Lenval Hospital on the French Riviera. Knox weighed 5.03 pounds and Vivienne weighed 5 pounds, Dr. Michael Sussmann said to the AP:

Saturday was a great day for all. The babies are good, as is Angelina.”

According to the reports, the Cesarean section was moved up from its scheduled date “for medical reasons”” so the babies would be born “in the best conditions.” “Everything is normal. Everything is going well.” Sussmann said.

Brad Pitt was very supportive during the delivery. He was there all the time, holding Angie by the hand. According to Dr. Sussmann, the couple “were talking [during the delivery], they were together.”

It was an epidural, so [Angelina] was awake and speaking and laughing. They were happy,” the doc added, saying it was Brad to cut the babies’ umbilical cords. “He was my assistant!” Sussmann joked, “He was perfectly calm, totally determined, very pleased to be at the birth of his children, very moved and very emotional.”

So far, the babies and mother are perfectly fine and will remain in hospital for a few more days. “She [Jolie] will stay for a few days. You know, in Europe it isn’t like in the United States, where the patients go home after three days. They will stay a bit longer until everything is okay,” Mr. Sussmann added during the news conference Sunday.

Meanwhile, Angelina and her newborn twins start receiving their first visitors. Angelina’s brother James Haven visited his sister on Sunday morning. Jolie’s dad, Oscar-winning actor Jon Voight, hasn’t yet visited his daughter and his newly born grandchildren but said he was “over the moon”. “It’s magnificent,” he told The Insider. “I’m very excited. If I were called today, I’d be there.”

Though being just about 2 days old, the babies are here officially. On Sunday, Mayor Christian Estrosi of Nice, presented one of the birth certificates of Brangelina’s twins on the steps of Nice’s Fondation Lenval hospital, where son Knox Leon and daughter Vivienne Marcheline were born.

The typed certificate revealed that Knox was born at 6:27 p.m. on July 12. Sister Vivienne came within a minute of that time, Dr. Michel Sussmann told PEOPLE. The document also showed the Mayor’s signature, as well as Pitt’s initials, the letters WBP representing his full name, William Bradley Pitt.

”On behalf of the inhabitants of Nice, I congratulate the happy parents, the most famous couple of the world who have chosen our city for this happy event.” Estrosi said. “I would also like to congratulate the four brothers and sisters of the newborns,” he added. Estrosi told he’d be honored if Pitt and Jolie allowed their twins to be French citizens.

This is not the last good news for the babies and the whole family. According to the latest reports, Knox and Vivienne stand all chances to become world’s richest babies. Publicist Max Clifford estimated that the pictures could fetch about $20 million, “which would make it the biggest baby deal ever.” The proceeds are to go to charity, according to the source.

The twins Knox Leon and Vivienne Marcheline are the 5th and 6th kids in the Jolie-Pitt family, joining Maddox, 6, Pax, 4, Zahara, 3, and Shiloh, 2.

Well, congrats to the big happy family. Remember, once Jolie said they wanted to have about 13-14 children. Well, these guys are trying really hard! Keep it up!

In Nice, France the talk of the town is Angelina giving birth. According to Doctor Michel Sussman, Jolie’s doctor in French Riviera hospital, actress is doing well and is expected to give birth to twins in the coming weeks.

During a brief news conference Doctor Sussmann gave few details away but declined to response to a question concerning the sex of the expected babies or the likely birth date. Sussmann told reporters at the Lenval hospital:

What she needs now is simple surveillance by monitoring to ensure the good health of her babies in the weeks to come.”

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt have arrived to the hospital on Sunday by helicopter and have bodyguards secure their suite.

Doctor Sussman added:

Mrs. Angelina Jolie and … Mr. Brad Pitt, told me to let you know that she is doing just fine at the moment.

The greatest celebrity couple also are the parents of three adopted children - daughter Zahara from Ethiopia, son Pax from Vietnam and son Maddox from Cambodia, and have one biological daughter together, Shiloh, who was delivered by Caesarean section two years ago in the African country of Namibia.

This is the reason why Miss Jolie is so early in the hospital, she needs the post C-section check up.

Pregnant with twins Angelina Jolie has checked into a hospital in France, which means Brad Pitt’s babies are on their way to this world.

According to several news reports, hospital representative Nadine Bauer said:

Ms Jolie came to the hospital last night as part of a pre-planned rest period, before she gives birth.

The visit has been planned for a long time, there are no complications.

She is just resting. She’s very well. Everything is fine.”

Newborn twins will be number 5 and 6 after six-year-old Maddox, four-year-old Pax, three-year-old Zahara and two-year-old Shiloh.

Any suggestions for the newborns’ names?

Truly, Angelina Jolie is the best living human being. Brad Pitt is a lucky guy to be her hubby, and together they make it the number one couple of all times.

The couple makes so much money, and they donate a big piece of it too. Jolie and Pitt joined George Clooney and Matt Damon to donate to the Not On Our Watch Foundation.

Pitt-Jolie family donated $500,000 to three groups in the war-torn country which will provide aid for thousands of children, said the Education Partnership for Children of Conflict, which is co-chaired by Jolie.

Moreover! Brad and Angelina donated $1 million to Iraqi and US children who suffered from their parents fighting in the war.

On the Iraqi side the money goes towards books and supplies to send children to school, refugee children and rehabilitation programs.

On the US side, the charity money goes to 8,000 children who have lost a military parent killed in war in Iraq or who are separated from a parent who is stationed in Iraq for years. Armed Services YMCA Operation Hero Program will provide educational tutors and counseling to 2,500 kids.

US government should be doing this. Once again, there is no point of war in Iraq when children suffer, children suffer on both sides. Bombings in Iraq kill children.

Brad, 44, starred in critically acclaimed Babel has advocated for relief in the Darfur region of Sudan, as well as he backed a program to help build homes for survivors of Hurricane Katrina in the US.

Angelina, 33, has donated millions of dollars to charity over her entire career. The Fox of the movie Wanted has been an advocate for refugees for years. She is a goodwill ambassador for the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees/ UNHCR

Angelina Jolie reveals some new details of her life in her new interview for the latest issue of Entertainment Weekly. She talks about all kinds of things from being pregnant with twins to Pitt’s new tattoo, her career and recent movies.

These are some quotes I liked the most in her interview.

Angie on her necklace:

Mad, our 6-year-old, draws lots of war scenarios. He’s all into war and guns. So for Mother’s Day he drew a machine gun, and Brad had it made into a necklace, which is really sweet. It’s really cute.”

On her role as a mother of a missing boy in Changeling:

I wasn’t old enough to play the mom [before]. And I don’t think I really knew what it was to be a mom until these last few years. Especially the mom of an older son. My relationship with Maddox was very much on my mind and I just couldn’t shake the thought of him through the whole film. He’s the one that I talk to the way I talk to the little boy in the movie. So I see the movie and Brad sees it and [we recognize] things in it. The boy says, “Am I too heavy?” Mad says that all the time. “Am I too heavy?” “Oh, never! One day you’re going to carry me!”

Answering the EW question about her being a very polarizing figure that people either worship or can’t stand, Jolie said:

I’d like to think it’s because I’m not neither here nor there in my life. I think anybody that makes a decision about where they stand is going to cause strong opinions about them. But I think that’s what you should be hoping for in life, so I take that as a very good sign. Angelina on a special system they worked out with Brad:

It’s all just so nice [being pregnant]. The only thing that’s hard for me now is with twins and having four kids, there’s a lot of the doctor saying “Stop picking them up as much.” But we’ve worked out a system where Brad just lifts them to me every time they want to come up. I just don’t bend down. I’ll scream, “Honey!” and he’ll come running and lift them up. Or they climb on chairs, so it’s not as big of a lift. So we’re trying to follow doctor’s orders, but I’m bending them a tiny bit.”

… and on sex life during pregnancy:

It [pregnancy] is great for the sex life. It just makes you a lot more creative. So you have fun, and as a woman you’re just so round and full.”

On her mother:

When Brad saw Changeling he said he could see my mother. That was very much my mother. Hated yelling at people, really was so decent and so sweet, but when it came to protecting her children, she somehow found this odd strength. There’s an elegance to her that I don’t really have; there’s a kindness.”

On marriage and Brad:

We have that problem [referring to each other] all the time. I say “partner” sometimes. “Father of my children” is too long. But half the time people refer to us as, “So, your wife this, your husband that.” We’ve stopped correcting everybody. It’s not a big intentional thing not to marry. We immediately were a family when we became a couple, and children were the priority, and we’re both legally committed to the children. And that seemed to be the right thing.”

On Brad’s last tattoo:

I drew that. We went to Davos. It’s not that we were bored at the World Economic Forum, but one night we didn’t have anything to do, so I was drawing on his back. But I was just sketching. He just liked it! The picture everybody saw was kind of awkward, but it just lines up beautifully on his back, just enhances the part of the body I like.”

And, finally, on her flick Wanted and her character Fox:

The idea behind Wanted is not that she’s a badass assassin that just likes to kill people. It’s that, if you ran into Hitler before he did everything, and you knew, should you shoot him? And I would. These assassins are getting lists: They find out who is going to slaughter other people ahead of time and they remove them. So that was the side of me that identified with her.”

I must confess this interview made me see Angelina Jolie differently. She’s not only a beautiful woman, a humanitarian, and a great actress, she’s a deep person with a lot to share with others. She’s different, she’s original, and she’s not afraid to show it.

If she were a shallow person she wouldn’t say something so profound and simple at the same time:

I don’t believe in regrets. It’s a dangerous habit to get into — it makes you pause in your life if you start thinking back and questioning yourself.”

Bottom line: she deserves all the worship and admiration the world is giving to her. Jolie is real. Period.
