New Moon stars Kellan Lutz, Nikki Reed, Ashley Greene and Jackson Rathbone star in the PSA to mark World AIDS Day. The Twilight Saga actors support ONE, a global advocacy and campaigning organization co-founded by Bono from U2.
In the PSA that also stars Gossip Girl actors Leighton Meester, Jessica Szohr and Ed Westwick, Hayden Panettiere, Tristan Wilds of 90210, HSM star Corbin Bleu and Star Trek’s John Cho is aimed at young people who can help fight against poverty and preventable diseases like AIDS, tuberculosis and malaria, particularly in Africa.
We know that this generation can help defeat extreme poverty, put more kids in school and protect families from preventable disease,” President and CEO of ONE, David Lane, said in the statement.
