According to The Twilight Saga: Eclipse director David Slade, the third part of the mega popular movie franchise will be more of a love story than a complete action movie as it’s been suggested before.
Slade addressed the Eclipse related rumors via his Twitter page on Friday saying there would be a lot of Edward, a lot of rivalry between him and Jacob, as well as all that love triangle thing in Eclipse, balanced with enough intensity and action.
Edward seems to be a really strong presence, the intensity of the love story & rivalry between Jacob is in the driving seat,” David Slade tweeted. “Jacob & Bella are matching with intensity, & it’s all even with the action sequences. Right now we are in a great state of balance.”
Slade also noted that the post production team was at the time working on the werewolves and they were “looking better & better.”
Principal production of Eclipse was wrapped on October 29, 2009. The movie starring Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart, Taylor Lautner, Nikki Reed, Kellan Lutz, Ashley Greene, Jackson Rathbone and others will hit big screens on June 30, 2010.
I can’t wait to see this part of the franchise as Eclipse is my favorite book of all the four.
