Confirmed! Bill Condon will direct ‘Breaking Dawn’
It’s going to be interesting!
Earlier this month I told about the possibility of picking Dreamgirls director Bill Condon to helm the final part of the Twilight Saga, Breaking Dawn.
Yesterday, Summit Entertainment confirmed the news saying Condon was “the right steward” to bring Breaking Dawn to the screen as the adaptation “requires a graceful and intelligent hand.”
According to the studio, Bill Condon has already shown “equal and abundant talents of immense creativity and subtle sensitivity.”
I’m very excited to get the chance to bring the climax of this saga to life on-screen,” Condon said in his statement. “As fans of the series know, this is a one-of-a-kind book – and we’re hoping to create an equally unique cinematic experience.”
ARE YOU EXCITED???
Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn starts production in October this year and will star Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart, Taylor Lautner, Nikki Reed, Ashley Greene and others.
