Chris Brown might go to jail
I don’t know about you, but I was looking forward to seeing Chris Brown and Rihanna perform at the 51st Grammy Awards ceremony last night.
But like many others I was horribly disappointed to find out the both would miss the show and had canceled their performances due to the domestic violence accusation against Chris.
According to police reports, Brown, 19, and an unidentified woman got into an argument while sitting in a parked car in LA’s Hancock Park neighborhood at around 12:30 a.m. on Sunday.
After stopping his car, Brown and the woman got out and the argument escalated,” the LAPD said. “The woman suffered visible injuries and identified Brown as her attacker.”
When officers arrived, Brown had already left the scene. Later he was interviewed by the detectives and booked. Bail was set at $50,000.
That sounds so unlike Chris Brown, right?
Some other sources claimed the victim was Rihanna. Well, that’s 100% not true.
Nonetheless, Rihanna didn’t attend the Grammys. Hope it was simply the act of support for her beau. They still never confirm their relationship but this support act speaks louder than words. They’re an item and they’re going strong!
We have just been informed that Rihanna will not be attending tonight’s 51st Annual Grammy Awards. We’re sorry she is unable to join us,” the academy said in a brief statement.
