Straight from grass carpet glam to surfboards!

This year is so special for all Twilight Saga creators. The film has won at so many awards shows before and 2009 Teen Choice Awards is no exception.

Twilight became an ultimate winner in the movie category at this year’s event taking home 8 awards, including the Choice Movie Liplock and Choice Movie Rumble. Not bad, hah? Teens love Twilight, who doesn’t?

While Twilight dominated the movie category, American Idol winner David Archuleta became the greatest winner in the music category getting three boards all in all. He was followed by Miley Cyrus, Beyoncé Knowles, Jason Mraz, Taylor Swift, Jonas Brothers and Paramore, each winning in two categories.

And of course, Britney Spears was honored with Ultimate Choice Award for her extraordinary contribution to the entertainment industry.

The last couple of years have been quite a ride for me, the media has criticized my every move and printed a skewed perception of who I really am as a human being,” Britney said in her speech.
