2009 Brit Awards – glam red carpet

Celebs always give us a chance to talk about them. Now it’s the red carpet from the 2009 Brit Awards held in London, February 18.

The brightest Brit winner, Welsh singer-songwriter Duffy looked charming and cute in her body-hugging mini dress! The main accessories she was wearing that night were 3 Brit Awards!

Taylor Swift was sparkling in a silver strapless stone sequin minidress by Kaufman Franco. She was amazing with that nothing-wrong look completed with silver Christian Louboutin peep-toes, a sparkly Judith Leiber clutch and David Yurman silver hoops with pave diamonds.

The sweet glimmering angel – Taylor Swift – was a true diamond at the red carpet by herself.

This woman is really awesome! I admire her so much! “She’s got style. She’s got grace” – as it’s sung is one old song (not about her personally but it seems so!) – Kylie Minogue!

She took her image from two opposites: black and white. The red carpet black gown of Miss Minogue looked elegant and nice, so did the flowing white dress! Hosting the show she did like a true hostess!

Having won the International Female Solo 2009 Brit Award, Miss Katy Perry kept everyone’s attention wearing a one-shoulder black top accented with a plethora of beads and Hello Kitty paraphernalia teamed with a pair of shiny black leggings and strappy black shoes.

What I like about her – she’s got her style! Bright, bold girlish image was so right for her! Moreover, the fuchsia – black comb is the sort of capricious one and doesn’t fit everybody, but Katy looks just right up in it!

Girls Aloud were loud getting the Brit Award as the best single for ‘The Promise.’

There’re always some things to like or dislike about the band. But the red carpet favours them! I’d say that was the quartet of the light-dressed gorgeous ladies: Nadine wore William Tempest, Kimberley a full length white cut out gown, Sarah wore Vivienne Westwood, and Nicola a mermaid style gown by J Mendel, and Cheryl a white mini shift.

That’s a completely different kind of lady! Lady GaGa! She was thrilling my mind both on the red carpet and on the stage where she was performing with the Outstanding Contribution To Music Winners Pet Shop Boys. I could get her pink dress but her chinaware vase like performing costume was behind me!

But on the other hand, she was “a catchy tune” at that British show!
