Rihanna’s Staff Is To Dump Her Because Of “Worse Than Ever” Behaviour

Rihanna is known for her out of control antics and at times controversial behaviour, but her staff have reportedly been complaining that she has got worse and are reportedly looking for jobs away from the star. A source told the New York Daily News:

She’s always been unpredictable, but it’s worse than ever.”

Her lateness and failure to stick to her schedule, are reportedly causing staff the biggest headache:

She’ll commit to something, and show up two hours late. She fails to keep meetings, even ones she’s rescheduled, and be on time … to anything.”

Another insider reportedly told the newspaper that her recently rekindled romance with Chris Brown is also causing problems. They revealed:

She puts her family and [Brown] above everything else. It really can affect relationships and commitments, and make her and everyone else look bad. People are fed up.”

It’s one thing to put family first, but Rih should be able to find some balance. She not only went on stage an hour and a half after she was scheduled during the last performance of her 777 tour, but she also showed up three hours late to the release party for her new CD, the aptly named Unapologetic, that same night. Was that just a bad day for her, or has she taken on too much?

I think her re-association with Brown is nothing but bad news, I don’t know if that’s what’s really impacting her unprofessionalism. I just honestly think she doesn’t care anymore. So it sounds like the perfect time for Rih to take a long, much-needed break. No music, no concerts, no videos, no interviews, no photo shoots, no red carpets, no Chris Brown. Well, six out of seven ain’t bad.
