Miss California’s death threat by gay Tori
The controversy continues.
I’m fed up with all this Miss-California-anti-gay-marriage-stuff and hope I won’t return to this issue any more. But this piece of funny gossip is a must-read.
Anti Miss California movement goes oversees and looks like Perez Hilton has a couple of supporters in British Parliament.
An openly gay Tori and possible next Home Secretary, Alan Duncan, talked about the controversial issue during his interview on BBC’s comedian show Have I Got News For You last Friday.
The MP suggested he might kill Carrie Prejean (“the silly bitch”) for being homophobic.
If you read that Miss California has been murdered, you will know it was me won’t you?” He said joked.
The politically fresh joke became the reason for police investigation as well as a surge of negative comments from BBC viewers.
Of course it was in jest,” Mr. Duncan explained later. “It is a comedy show after all. I’m sure Miss Prejean’s very beautiful and that if we were to meet we would love each other. I have no plans to kill her. I’ll send her a box of chocolates – unpoisoned.”
