Led Away In Handcuffs: Judge Was Very Strict To Lindsay Lohan

Lindsay Lohan (25) had been sentenced to 360 hours community service earlier this year as part of her punishment for stealing a gold necklace from a jewellery store. But she has broken her probation time and seems to be in great troubles. The funny thing is that the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department stated her sex as male by a chance and that she weighed 116lbs. As for her handcuffs, she was arrested in court today and taken into custody formally and was later set free after her side has posted $100,000 bail.

Judge Stephanie Sautner said Linsday should serve 16 hours at the morgue on clean-up duty between now and her next court hearing in an attempt to make the current situation up. She added that by revoking her probation Lindsay assured herself with threaten to be kicked off the program.
Lohan’s lawyer Shawn Holley Chapman tried to defend her client linking to a ‘glowing report’ by the Probation Service. But the relentless judge said that Lindsay’s work at the Red Cross was void because it was not the main part of her sentence sounded off at the previous hearing. Sautner explained that Lohan should have gone to the morgue for clean-up duty.
She said:

Nobody has the power to change my sentence.”

The Judge added:

Probation is a gift as I see it. There is something called looking a gift horse in the mouth.”

Sautner also wondered why the Probation Service had given Lohan such a positive characterization and added that Lindsay’s work this week at the Red Cross would not count. She said that Lindsay has only coped to carry out only three days out of the 60, also taking into account the time given to complete a shoplifters course.

Ms. Lohan’s actions deliberately made it impossible for her to perform her sentence at the Downtown Women’s Center”

the judge said. Apparently she meant Lohan’s European trips.

Lohan’s lawyer Shawn Holley Chapman argued that the actress had to go abroad to work. But we know that LiLo was not only working, but actively partying, don’t we, ladies?

Sautner replied:

She is supposed to be an actress from what I hear.”

Holley said that ‘unfortunately’ Lohan has to work in Europe right now and that she has been there to earn money to support herself and her family.Oh, come on!!! Who are you mocking at?

Dressed in an eggshell light blue dress and white scarf, the actress also had rather heavy handed make-up. She had a ponytail and got off her black Cadillac Escalade through plenty of flashbulbs.

This year The Mean Girls star has also served 35 days under house arrest as part of her sentence for the necklace theft.
Some years ago LiLo used to be a promising actress but her acting career faces the big big threaten due to countless thefts, blame, rehabs, and so on.
By the way Sautner said that housing Lohan in jail for violating her parole is not a good idea because of the growing number of overcrowding by felons.
