Britney Spears’ attorney says she’s ‘unfairly targeted’ for being a celebrity. The Womanizer singer has rejected a plea deal in her ongoing driver’s license case and now her attorney says that he would not agree to the deal’s stipulations that would have placed the singer on a year’s probation and required her to pay $150 fine.
Attorney J. Michael Flanagan intends to appeal any potential conviction if the case goes to trial.
It was all looking like it could do well to Brit. But what a timing! Just after it was announced by Britney Spears‘ attorney that she has rejected a final deal from prosecutors for driving without a license - she gets involved in an accident!!!
This is crazy. But fortunately You Wanna Piece Of Me singer wasn’t behind the will. I t was her bodyguard who ran into a paparazzo’s car as the pop princess headed to shop for new shades at a store called Wasteland (WTF?) in West Hollywood earlier today.

Well in Britney’s case, when other people are pulled over for not having a Cali driver’s license, what’s their punishment? Cuz as I know, in Cali, unless you have outstanding warrants, all you have to do is pay a fine. And you can even mail it. If other people can just do that, then there’s no reason why she shouldn’t be able to. I hope the D.A. isn’t trying to make an example out of her and is treating her fairly as if she were an anonymous person, not some A list celebrity.
Good Luck you bitch!
The trial will begin on October 15th.
The following photos are from the new video to the song called ‘Womanizer’.

And another hot one!
