Dolls go on fighting for a place under the sun
Pussycat Dolls continue the inner feud over Nicole Scherzinger’s dominance in the band.
Back in March 2009 Melody Thornton addressed the feud publicly during the opening night of Britney Spears’s Circus tour. She addressed fans thanking them for support although she was “not featured” on the re-release PCD album Doll Domination.
Now it’s time for other girls to speak out.
Kimberly Wyatt confirms the ongoing feud saying there’s too much focus on Nicole, and it’s always been like that.
It’s true, there has always been a lot of focus on Nicole which has been hard to deal with sometimes,” The Sun quoted her as saying. “This group was created with a foundation, they knew exactly what they wanted and they had Nicole as the focus. Every video and stage performance that we’ve done, Nicole has been our leader. I wasn’t in videos like I wanted and wasn’t seen in the way I was hoping, which has been the same for all the other girls too.”
Meanwhile, other reports claim Nicole “was forced” to be in the group and to lead it. Earlier it was reported Scherzinger wanted to leave the band to focus entirely on her solo career but she was forced to get back, fellow singer/songwriter Keri Hilson said.
Aren’t’ there too many secrets for one band here?
