Chris Brown charged, Rihanna will not testify

Chris Brown’s assault case has come to its logical end at the Superior Court of Los Angeles County in Los Angeles yesterday when the 19 year-old singer was charged with felony assault and criminal threats.

The hearing lasted for only several minutes and then the arraignment was postponed until April 6.

As it was earlier suggested and reported, Rihanna refused to testify or press charges against her on-off boyfriend.

I don’t know what’s behind her decision, maybe the alleged proposal that Chris made during their weekend reconciliation at P Diddy’s mansion in Florida? I don’t know but bet visitors at Don’t Do It Rihanna website that was specially created to attract signatures against their reconciliation, are outraged.

Some sources quote a detective’s affidavit, and the information stated there is shocking and terrifying.

The affidavit says that Brown and the victim, Robyn F. (Rihanna’s real name is Robyn Rihanna Fenty) got into a fight on February 8 after she found a three-page text message from another woman on Chris’s mobile.

He then tried to push Rihanna out of his car, but she was still wearing her seatbelt, so he pushed Rihanna’s head against the window, punched her with his right hand, and continued driving while hitting her, the affidavit states.

He also bit her on the ear and threatened to kill Ri after she pretended to leave a phone message with her assistant, telling her to have the police waiting at her house.

Another sentence in the affidavit reads that Brown tried to choke Rihanna and she almost lost consciousness but also tried to fight back while in the car, at one point trying to gouge at Brown’s eyes.

What a fucking jerk Chris is!

If Chris pleads guilty he can face up to five years in prison.
