Ashton Kutcher’s divorce from his ex-to-be wife has reportedly turned nasty. He and Demi separated last November after six years of marriage following Ashton’s affair with 22-year-old Sara Leal. So, once pretty happy couple is now said to be locked in a bitter battle over their big fortune. They say that the lawyers for both are “trying to negotiate a settlement out of court and out of the public eye.” Pff. Why don’t they just keep their own fortunes and leave it at that?! No that’s too easy, let’s throw millions to the lawyers instead and make a scene… Rich, greedy, and stupid people.

Still, the divorce allegedly could become ill-natured because the highest paid actor on TV Ashton is allegedly unwilling to give his ex a huge payout. The 34-year-old actor who is currently the highest paid star on TV and is estimated to have banked $24 million since taking over the sitcom from Charlie Sheen – is worth $140 million, while Demi is worth $150 million. A source told the New York Post:

(They) are trying to negotiate a settlement out of court and out of the public eye. They still haven’t reached an agreement over money, because Ashton earned substantially more during the final years of their marriage, but he doesn’t want to pay a large settlement.”

Another source close to the pair said:

The discussion could boil over into a public court battle.”

Ashton was previously said to be refusing to budge on the financial terms of their separation and how they should divide their assets. A source said the actor is ‘so cheap’ and is refusing to sign off on the paperwork so they can finally go their separate ways. He is reportedly living with his new girlfriend Mila Kunis.

I’m asking again – if they are both worth close to one hundred million dollars, why on earth is there even any need to talk about splitting wealth? Demi and Ashton, you have more money than any of us could even dream about, so just keep what you earned and shut the fu** up!
