Angelina Jolie: No Double Wedding with Brad’s Parents!

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie’s engagement popped up pretty much fuss in the media this week. OK! Magazine reported that Brad and Angelina are fighting over every single detail of their wedding plans, and that’s why they took the trip to the Galapagos Islands. The Enquirer claims Brad and Angelina will have a quiet beach wedding in the Bahamas. Stop! Bahamas? Beach wedding? Oh, by the way, doesn’t Angelina know that Jennifer Aniston wants beach wedding on Crete?

Angelina Jolie does NOT like the idea to hold a double wedding with Bill and Jane Pitt – Brad’s parents.

Star Magazine also has a story about Brad boasting about his engagement to George Clooney, and Clooney deciding to “propose” to Stacy Keibler just because he saw how happy Brad was. But the most interesting gossip was In Touch Weekly’s article about Angelina’s refusal to have a double wedding with Brad’s parents for their 50th wedding anniversary! The tabloid claims that when Brad Pitt suggested to his Angelina Jolie that they have a double wedding with Bill and Jane Pitt, who plan to renew their vows on their 50th anniversary in August, Angelina hated the idea – and she didn’t hesitate to let him know! A family friend revealed to the mag:

She was not okay with the double ceremony at all. She believes that their wedding day should belong to her and her alone.”

Angelina has been insisting that she doesn’t care about her wedding day – that the only reason she’s getting married at all is to please her long-term bf Brad and their six children. But while Brad has made several suggestions, and the kids love the idea of a big family wedding, Angelina is insisting on a very small ceremony, of which she is clearly the star. So, another friend says:

She doesn’t seem to know the meaning of the word ‘compromise’.”

And though Brad longs to hold his parents’ anniversary, he and Angelina are off to a very bad start. The friend says:

They’re fighting all the time. They may not ever make it to the altar.”

Okay, I actually have no idea about double weddings nowadays. I thought those only happened several centuries ago. Next, it’s Angelina’s wedding and she has the right to do anything she wants in her own – let her be bridezilla if she wants! And who says that Bill and Jane Pitt even want to hold a double wedding with Brad and Angelina? Brad, it was stupid idea!
