On Monday, the Chicago Tribune, the Chicago Sun-Times and the Associated Press filed the Supreme Court to order the Cook County Circuit Court to unseal the records and transcripts related to R. Kelly’s pornography case.

R&B singer at his age of 41 is being charged for videotaping himself having sexual intercourse with an underage girl. R. Kelly has pleaded not guilty.

His trial is scheduled to start May 9 in Chicago, Illinois.

Allegations of his sexual activity with underage girls go as far back as 1991.

In 2007 edition of spring issue of the Hip-Hop Soul magazine, while promoting his new album and one week before his latest court date, R. Kelly compared himself to Muhammad Ali, Marvin Gaye, Bob Marley and Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr:

I’m the Ali of today. I’m the Marvin Gaye of today. I’m the Bob Marley of today. I’m the Martin Luther King, or all the other greats that have come before us. And a lot of people are starting to realize that now.”

This guy is crazy. The most arrogant man of all. You think anyone actually thinks you are not guilty? Most likely everyone sees you behind the bars.

Girls Gone Wild creator Joe Francis is way far from finishing his legal issues. The world famous hooker Ashlee Dupre, famous for Elliot Spitzer scandal is suing Girls Gone Wild CEO for “illegally exploited Dupré’s name, picture, voice and likeness in a number of deceptive advertising campaigns and on Web sites,” People magazine reports.

Ashlee claims that Francis’ reps approached her when she was vacationing in Florida five years ago back in 2003 when she was only 17. She claims they got her drunk, and convinced her to take her top off for the cameras.

She’s now seeking $10 million dollars in damages.

Joe Francis is still fighting charges in Florida for filming underage girls in Panama City, but he claims that all the girls he taped lied about their age.

This is Francis’ response to Dupré’s claims:

We were very surprised and in fact amazed today that Ms. Dupré filed a lawsuit against Girls Gone Wild. We have not publicly released any new video of Ms. Dupré, due to corporate policy of not using footage of individuals younger than 18. It is incomprehensible that Ms. Dupré could claim she did not give her consent to be filmed by Girls Gone Wild, when in fact we have videotape of her giving consent, while showing her identification. We did in fact offer Ashley via her New York attorney $1 Million to host and promote various Girls Gone Wild activities - She refused this offer and in fact if she’d like to reconsider, we’d be happy to discuss. She should keep in mind, it’s considerably more than the Governor of New York paid her, and our activities aren’t illegal.”

This whole Girls Gone Wild is making me sick – no, not because I’m conservative. I’m not. It just lacks style. It stinks and it sucks. Smart girls don’t hang out with Joe! Lindsay Lohan and Kim Kardashian do.

One must be far down the rung of life to be sued by Ashlee, and most probably he will lose too.

Just like I expected Britney Spears is returning to How I Met Your Mother. I mean that is a fantastic new start for her career!

‘Toxic’ singer, 26, will appear again as a dorky receptionist named Abby on the May 12th episode of the CBS sitcom. Executive producer Craig Thomas told Entertainment Tonight:

We’re all so thrilled to have Britney joining us once again.”

Miss Spears really is going back to normal life and How I Met Your Mother is a great opportunity to start with. Her character isn’t just dumb. Its actually very cute and charismatic with a slight sense of vulnerability. And plus, it’s a benefit for both sides. The show has earned its highest rating ever when she appeared in her first episode in March this year.

Britney seems to love it. She is definitely having new things to do and new friends. She said:

Everyone, including the cast, the crew and the producers, has been wonderful and Abby is such a fun girl to play. I’m having a blast!”

She was really laughing a lot during the table read and seemed to understand the characters,”

show creator Craig Thomas told Us.

Looks like Amy’s not doing so bad. She was seen with a new guy Alex Haynes, 24, in Camden walking out from her parents’ house. They were holding hands, cuddling and looked absolutely comfortable being surrounded by paparazzi.

By the way Amy Winehouse has apologized for slapping a man last week in the pub where she was acting really over the top. She spent the night before she had to go through police – quiz with her new love.

May be Alex is actually influencing her in a good way. He looks like the exact opposite of the self-confessed junky Fielder – Civil, who has spent half of their marriage in custody.

So Alex gets +1 for being kinda like mummy’s good boy, and that what Amy needs at least for now. And another +1 for making her smile. When was the last time I saw her smile?

It was the much talked about White House Correspondents’ Association dinner on Saturday night. Celebrities such as Pamela Anderson, Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz, Heidi Montag & Spencer Pratt, Ben Affleck & Jennifer Garner, The Jonas Brothers were just some of that were in attendance.
