Miranda Kerr Repeats Angelina Jolie’s Right Leg Pose

When Angelina Jolie arrived at the Oscars earlier this month wearing a dress with a thigh-high split to show off her leg, it sparked a string of viral jokes. But, as Miranda Kerr showed in a bizarre Japanese advert for Lipton Limone iced tea, Ms Jolie isn’t the only star who knows how to work her best leg angles. In the new advert, Miranda is seen wearing a yellow and red minidress, standing with her right leg propped up on a stool as she sings the Japanese theme tuned for the Lipton Limone drink.

Pretending to be a singing waitress in a bar, several men can be seen in the background as model Miranda does her best to belt out the tune. Miranda shot the advert when she flew out to Japan last month to be an ambassador for the drinks brand.

But in a recent interview the mother-of-one said she often struggles with balancing her work commitments and her personal life, with her son Flynn and husband Orlando Bloom. She said:

That’s why I have an agent and a manager and they kind of make sure that everything works together and also, you know, the priority now is to make sure I have enough time with the family as well.”

Miranda isn’t the only celebrity to have appeared in a Japanese advert. Other famous faces to have lent their services in Japan include Madonna, Britney Spears, Natalie Portman, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Christopher Walken and Nicolas Cage.

In the Lipton Limone advert, as well as showing off her singing voice, Miranda also displays her slender figure in the sexy air hostess type outfit. But the 28-year-old star said in a recent interview that when it comes to maintainign her figure, she lets herself have a little treat every now and then. She said:

If you want to have a little indulgence every now and then, then that’s okay. Sometimes I’ll feel like some dark chocolate or sometimes I’ll feel like some French fries.”

However, Miranda added that it took a lot of hard work to lose her baby weight after giving birth to son Flynn, now 13-months old. She added:

It’s been a lot of yoga and Pilates, and eating healthily. It does take hard work.”
