Tokio Hotel release the new album, Humanoid, on October 2, 2009

They released two successful albums in 2007 and the popular German band is making a glorious comeback with a new record this fall.

Heartthrobs Tokio Hotel will release their new music effort on October 2, 2009. The album is called Humanoid. It’s not revealed if the album will feature songs in both English and German or have two language versions, all we know is that it’s a new sound of the grown-up band that will “probably surprise a lot of people.”

[Songs] handle about our mood, new thoughts and reflections, and also new wishes and hopes,” Tokio Hotel frontman Bill Kaulitz said. “We have a song but there are many different ways to interpret the song. And we have to find the best interpretation. We, then start to experiment with each song by changing the guitar-sounds or modifying my voice.”

Bill also stands behind the album’s title, producer David Jost told Zeit Online. He added:

Bill has already given a name for the new record: Humanoid. The word “Humanoid” comes from the science-fiction language, meaning humanlike. This word is pronounced differently in the English and German language but is written the same way in both languages. Bill wanted the new record to have only one name worldwide: Humanoid.”

Hope the new record will be as bold and catchy as the previous ones.
