Singer that will never sing the National Anthem again – Christina Aguilera apologizes to fans
Last night singer Christina Aguilera was honored to perform the National Anthem at the Super Bowl. Unlike all those previous times Christina had performed the song and made it perfect, this time wasn’t as smooth as expected – Ms Aguilera sang the wrong lyrics just three lines into the song!

In her newly released statement Christina apologized to all Super Bowl viewers for her mistake:
I got so caught up in the moment of the song that I lost my place. I can only hope that everyone could feel my love for this country and that the true spirit of its anthem still came through,” Christina Aguilera said.
Yeah, sh*t happens, just happy Xtina could continue with the anthem and finish the song like a real pro and not let the mistake fully ruin her performance.
