Destiny’s Child’s member Kelly Rowland has hinted the group will work on a new album for their reunion. According to her, the album will be used as the follow-up for their comeback world tour next year.
”It’s a blessing when we work together. We’re so looking forward to working with each other again and we just need to find a time in our diaries when we can get into the studio together. I miss the girls, I miss being on stage with them,” the singer said.
Destiny’s Child was one of the most popular girl bands some 9 years ago but they announced plans of breaking up in late 2000 to make it possible for all three of the stars, Beyoncé Knowles, Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams to be able to focus on their solo projects. They all debuted their solo albums in 2002-2003 but it’s mostly Beyoncé ’s successful career we’ve so often heard about lately. Will she exchange her own project for getting back with the girls? Time will show.
