Britney is to release new album before the end of 2008. She is back with producer Rodney “Darkchild” Jerkins, the guy who worked with her in 2001 ( ‘Overprotected’ and ‘I love Rock-n-roll’ tracks).
In the early 2009 we will hear the yet-untitled album. Jerkins is excited to get back to work with Britney:
I’m trying to reinvent her and myself. [The new sound is] very dancey, really uptempo, in the clubs, real aggressive, and catchy.”

The new album will be the seventh after Brit’s professional comeback with Blackout. With producers JR Rotem and Sean Garett she made her first professional comeback after four years of chaos. Rotem told People:
She’s great. She’s like a master at what she does. She’s a lot more experienced than most people. She just has the ‘it’ factor that not every artist has. So it’s always nice to work with her.”
