Vanessa Hudgens stars in the modern-day adaptation of Beauty and The Beast

I love Beauty And The Beast, it’s one of the most romantic stories ever.

Hope the modern adaptation won’t ruin the impression.

HSM hottie Vanessa Hudgens, 20, is sighed to star in the modern-day take on Beauty And The Beast playing the role of the fair maiden.

Beastly is based on Alex Flinn’s young adult book of the same name. The movie will be set in Manhattan and the “Beast” is a “handsome rich kid with a mean streak.” When he ditches a date with a girl who turns out to be a witch he gets curses to become everything he hates.

Eventually, he has to find his true love to break the ugly spell.

Such an old story….
