Most expensive Christmas bauble & tree
Guess you’ve already started Christmas shopping? Well, I have. And I do love decorating my Charismas tree, it’s like I can design something new every year and it’s fun. So I was wondering about most expensive Christmas stuff the world knows and came up with the idea that the ultimate Christmas stuff you can actually think of are baubles and a Christmas tree.
So the most expensive Christmas bauble is made by the Krebs Glas Lauscha GmbH company in Germany. The bauble is a translucent glass ball adorned with solid 12-karat gold and 120 neatly-cut diamonds weighing in total 5.1 carats. Not bad, hah? Wanna have such a bauble on your Christmas tree? Then get ready to pay $31,400 per piece.
This expensive bauble is sure to look great on the world’s most expensive Christmas tree. The tree is 24k gold and decorated with more than 240 jewels including diamond baubles and strings of pearls, weighing more than 48 lbs. This tree is worth some $1.5 million.
The most expensive tree was presented in early December at the Ginza Tanaka jewelry shop in Osaka, Japan.
One might say expensive stuff isn’t the best idea during the financial crunch.
Economic sentiment is sluggish. But, at least in this store, we want people to feel a gorgeous atmosphere,” a store official said.
As gorgeous as expensive, I’d say.
