Jennifer Lopez Announces her Tour in a Weird Snake’d Lanvin: Hot or Not?

Jennifer Lopez made the big announcement of her summer tour yesterday. She is going to be touring with Yandel and Enrique Iglesisas on a 13-date North American tour with performances in Montreal, Chicago, LA, Atlanta and Miami. The 43-year-old was also gushing about her relaunched website, where will be lots of new stuff and give-aways and sneak peeks and so on. But I was talking about her outfit, right? So, that Lanvin dress is awful – mostly because of that dummy, creepy, cheap looking snake around her neck. Moreover, that colorblocking is very unflattering to her figure. It would be a bit better on a less curvy woman, and of course, without the snake. You went here too far, J.Lol.

I don’t really understand why so many celebs are wearing Lanvin – I don’t think the label has a cohesive “look” and more often than not, the clothes look cheap and poorly-made. Like, this dress is made of silk, but it looks like really cheap Walmart cotton. The dress had potential, but it looks unfinished. I can’t stand it when designers think it’s ok to leave a hem frayed, it just looks like it’s been cut with kid scissors.

And about 80% of the time I wonder where in hell she gets the silly cheap-looking clothing she wears. There’s always something negative about it – weird jewelry, top too short, doesn’t fit right, hairy leotard looks ridiculous, etc.

And of course she arrived at the tour announcement with Casper too. Of course. I can’t get – what attracts J.Lo in that ugly guy? This Casper doesn’t seem to be as simple as he looks. He has already become her manager I guess. Jennifer, watch out!

And the last one I find a bit negative about this lady – I have never understood her ‘show’ skills. She just poses a bit in front of turbo fans with dramatic lighting and runs around onstage, stopping at the dancers. Has anybody ever seen her just stand there and actually sing an entire song? Geez, it is dancers doing all the real work! Jen then goes offstage, and we’re all supposed to think she did something fantastic. I don’t get it.
