When thinking about modern day stars opting for retro glam, we just have to mention Christina Aguilera. Already now, she’s famous for her blonde locks, bright lips and gorgeous retro gowns. The rumor has it, however, that Christina started wearing big, retro curls because she’d damaged her hair so much with the braids and weaves of her Dirrrty days. No matter what the reason was, her transformation from a modern day nasty girl to 1920s and 1950s style goddess is almost incredible.

The same can be said about mother of two Gwen Stefani. This style icon can mix retro looks with totally up-to-date fashion tendencies creating a mix of style and glam that we can nothing but admire.
