My top 6 dresses from 2010 Grammys

From elegant to wacky, from sparkling to classic black, these are the dresses that I will probably still remember when next year’s Grammys hit the redcarpet.

Give it up to fashion designers and their unquestionable sense of style and fashion forward ideas.

Let’s start with Lady GaGa. But for her, the 52nd Grammy Awards ceremony would have been completely fashion-bored. Her surreal Armani Prive lilac gown and bejeweled platform heels are so crazy! These boots are not made for walking but Lady managed to walk the redcarpet and keep her balance, just can’t imagine how hard it was for her.

Still her out-of-the-space dress and spiked star sculpture were really attention grabbing. Her bright make up and yellowish hair completed the style-forward look.

She’s my top pick today.

Grammy-winning Taylor Swift looked great on the redcarpet but as to me I heart her pre-Grammy party dress – so much glitter, sparkles and fun. Beautiful!

Here come my favorite mini dresses.

Marisa Miller looked her regular gorgeous self in a Vintage Gucci dress, Neil Lane jewelry, and Yves Saint Laurent shoes. Very simple yet absolutely elegant.

Glee star Lea Michele and her one-shoulder Romona Keveza dress won my heart the sec I saw her black feather skirt. Fantastic gown. What I like most about it is that it’s nothing to do with Bjork and her infamous swan dress.

Fergie also opted for a curve hugging mini dress by Pucci. The gold decoration makes it a perfect red carpet choice as it’s both elegant, sexy and original.

And finally, floor sweeping gowns. I pick Carrie Underwood and her white dress. Asymmetric straps are fantastic.
