It is all about Italy for celebrities and more of the action is in the fashion capital Milan.

Milan Fashion Week is high-end fabulous!

The prive area was filled up with stars. J Lo with her husband Marc Anthony appeared in a white corset dress complete with blinged-out earrings. Another celebrity couple Matthew McConaughey and Camila Alves posed with the fellow new parents.

Jennifer Lopez, Petra Nemcova, Claudia Shiffer and Dita Von Teese were all gaga for the Spring/Summer 2009 show by Dolce & Gabbana.

Czech beauty Petra Nemcova in her black and white tweed jacket combo with lace-up chunky heels, newsboy cap, and colorful ascot looked stylish.

Former striptease star Dita Von Teese looked as stunning as always in a grey swirly belted short-sleeved dress complete with maroon peep-toe heels.

As could be expected, the D&G show was running over with celebrities, including models Claudia Schiffer and Eva Herzigova.
