Skipping turkey and pie, celebs like Salma Hayek, Miranda Kerr, Orlando Bloom, Gwyneth Paltrow, Jennifer Aniston and Juliette Binoche hit the lavish re-opening of La Mamounia hotel in Marrakech, Morocco on Thanskgiving Day, Nov. 26, 2009.
Surprisingly enough, all but Jennifer Aniston don’t celebrate Thanksgiving Day at all. So probably it wasn’t such a big deal.
Victoria’s Secret supermodel Miranda Kerr looked black gorgeous in a chic Burberry dress.
Her BF Orlando Bloom looked dapper sexy in a black dress. Beautiful couple, indeed.
The duo spent the night mingling with fellow celebrities, Gwyneth Paltrow among them. The actress, 37, looked great in the peach colored gown and matching color platform heels. The same old ‘do looked kinda boring.
FYI, it was Paltrow’s first visit to Morocco.
Hotel re-opening was a party to bring together Brad Pitt’s ex girlfriends. Both Gwyneth Paltrow and Jennifer Aniston once were romantically linked with Brad, and Jen was even married to him. Aniston opted for a black delicately draped gown to meet her other ex, Orlando Bloom. What a coincidence!
My favorite look of the night was Salma Hayek. Her one-shoulder black dress with an eye-catching flower brooch on the shoulder looked fantastic. I still can’t believe Salma’s in her 40s, she looks beautiful for her age.
