Badgley Mischka celebrates 20th anniversary
Eva Longoria, Carrie Underwood, Brooke Shields, Lauren Hutton and Anjelica Huston, five beautiful women representing five decades of Hollywood glamour took part in the Badgley Mischka ad campaign celebrating the brand’s 20th anniversary.

The fancy photoshoot called Two Decades of Glamour was made by famous Vanity Fair photographer Annie Leibovitz and will debut in April issues of fashion magazines such as Vogue, Elle, Harper’s Bazaar and InStyle.
The Badgley Mischka philosophy is not about an age, but being glamorous at any point in your life. We had Carrie Underwood, Eva Longoria, Brooke Shields, Lauren Hutton and Anjelica Huston, this amazing assembly of women from five different decades and the common thread among all of them was glamour,” Mark Badgley and James Mischka stated.
All the five women were wearing the brand’s couture gowns and accessories.
Badgley Mischka is an iconic brand and to be able to celebrate their twentieth anniversary with them is an honor for me,” said Eva Longoria adding she’d like to get married again wearing the dress she donned for the shoot.
I love Badgley Mischka for not only making the most beautiful gowns,” Carrie Underwood, the youngest of all the five models, said, “But also for bringing together such strong, amazing women to celebrate 20 years of glamour and fashion. I am thrilled to be part of their special anniversary.”
The designers also posed with the ladies looking dapper elegant.
This was a moment in time for me to be here with women that I admire, younger and older and with these two men who really appreciate women and design for them,” Brook Shields said after the photoshoot.
The great thing about Badgley Mischka’s clothes is that they have always been more about style than fashion — in the end, making them utterly timeless. Their clothes bring out the personality of the wearer, as opposed to a fantasy persona, which makes them very special,” Lauren Hutton added.
Badgley & Mischka met in 1982. In 1988, they started the Badgley Mischka line, which gained in popularity when Winona Ryder wore their gown to the Academy Awards in 1996.
Winona was the first in a host of A-listers to wear their designs at the redcarpet. Other celebs include including Jennifer Lopez at three consecutive Oscars, Madonna, Catherine Zeta-Jones, Sharon Stone, Jennifer Garner, Julia Roberts, Oscar winning Kate Winslet, Sarah Jessica Parker, Ashley Judd, Carrie Underwood, Eva Longoria, Teri Hatcher and Brooke Shields.
