David Beckham Introduced His Sons to Selena Gomez

Oh, how it’s amazing to have a daddy like David Beckham! He’s handsome, he plays soccer well, and he’s making friends with the most famous people on the globe! And David knows what kind of surprise he can make to his adorable offsprings – let them meet their icons. So,he made his sons’ dreams come true by introducing them to Selena Gomez! David took Brooklyn, 12, Romeo, 9, and Cruz, 6 to meet the 19-year-old singer and actress at the Second Annual Acoustic Charity Concert Benefiting UNICEF in Los Angeles. The Beckham brood has already known Justin Bieber, so David seems to have decided that getting acquainted to Selena is not excessive. Brooklyn, Romeo, and Cruz looked pretty thrilled as they posed with Selena backstage at The House Of Blues on Sunset Boulevard.

The boys are clearly big fans of the star and their youngest sibling Harper shares the same name as a character from Selena’s Disney show, Wizards of Waverly place.

Recently David has revealed that being a parent is scary. David admitted that while watching his brood kids grow up is a ‘great experience’, but that it also terrifies him.

[Watching them grow up] is great but scary. Scary because I can see Brooklyn getting different interests. Wanting to go out with his friends, wanting to talk about girls, growing up into a young man.”

Nevertheless, David is glad he has three sons rather than three daughters, as he knows he will worry about Harper Seven more when she grows up. He said while talking to Britain’s Telegraph magazine:

I must admit I would rather it be three boys than three girls. Well, by the time Harper is a teenager she’s going to have three older brothers that are going to be, well, men.”

David recently revealed he is still in awe of Harper because of how different she is to his older children. He said:

I’ve obviously got three amazing boys and with boys you can throw them around and Harper is obviously my first girl and I’m more careful. Still now, I’m changing her diaper and I can’t believe I’ve got a girl. Everything about her is feminine, the way she eats, the way she moves, the way she looks. I love having a girl, but I’m glad she’s got three older brothers and a dad to look after her.”

Meanwhile, after the successful event, which raised over $200,000, Selena performed at her South American tour in a very revealing outfit yesterday.

In a message to her fans on Facebook excited Selena posted:

Puerto Rico – 4 hours til show time, so excited to be back such a fun place to kick off my South American Tour it’s like my second home. Love you all.”

Good on Selena, not every teenage celebrity manages to do what she does.
