Trace Cyrus And Brenda Song Break Up and Call Off Engagement
Days after sister Miley announced her engagement to longtime beau Liam Hemsworth, musician Trace Cyrus, 23, confirms that he and longtime girlfriend Brenda Song, 24, have split. Oh, I think Brenda had a lucky escape – look at him, ew, he’s just one ugly man! So, Trace Cyrus said in a statement:
Brenda and I have decided to go our separate ways. We split up a couple of months ago. We will continue to focus on our careers. I wish Brenda the best and much success in the future. I hope everyone can respect our privacy about this situation. Thanks so much.”
Trace Cyrus and Brenda Song Break Up
Cyrus and Song, who is known for her work on The Social Network and Disney cable network programs, got engaged in October 2011, not long after news broke that the 24-year-old actress was expecting the couple’s first child.
But just months later, when Song showed no signs of a baby bump, her mother told Star magazine that she was never pregnant. Song’s mother, Mai Song, said:
She’s actually not pregnant … It’s very upsetting to our family because of what I’m going through and it’s not how we raised her.”
Cyrus was previously in a relationship with Demi Lovato while Song was linked to Joe Jonas.
