Even though we still don’t know if one of the hottest Hollywood couples Penelope Cruz and Javier Bardem are engaged or they are just going strong without any serious consequences, soon it might be so not important as the couple are reported to be planning a wedding “over the holidays.”
According to In Touch Weekly, Penelope’s Catholic parents are itching to see their daughter tie the knot asap, and Cruz is ready for anything to make her folks happy. Meanwhile, Bardem’d rather take it slow but Penelope is quite stubborn, you know.
So, the couple are said to be wedding “very soon” and Penelope is already working on her wedding dress, “the most important dress of her life.” if the reports are to be believed, House of Balenciaga is her top pick.
Since she and Javier are from Spain, she’d love to have a Spanish designer create her dream gown. I’m sure [Balenciaga] would be more than thrilled to create a gown for Penelope,” said the insider.
The same designer house created Salma Hayek’s wedding gown for her Valentine’s Day nuptials this year. And Salma is a good friend of Penelope.
Anyways, neither Cruz, nor Bardem, surprise, surprise, has so far commented on the reports.
