Another Hollywood engagement: Reese Witherspoon and Jim Roth!
Hey, looks like Hollywood has caught the engagement bug! Reese Witherspoon and boyfriend of one year Jim Roth are engaged, her rep has confirmed.
Jim, 39, proposed over the holidays, and the couple are said to be “extremely happy.”
Reese is definitely happy, in love and definitely wants to settle down,” a friend of the couple said.
Reese Witherspoon, 34, and Hollywood agent Jim Roth started dating in January 2010 shortly after Reese had ended her three-year relationship with Jake Gyllenhaal.
The couple went public with their romance in March and have been inseparable ever since. Jim has been often seen on family outings including traditional Sunday church visits. He’s also said to have bonded with Reese’s two children, Ava and Deacon.
Happy for Reese and Jim!
This new marriage is second for Reese Witherspoon and first for Jim Roth. Reese and first husband Ryan Phillippe divorced in 2006 after seven years together.
